Great place for a fishing getaway, awesome place

Our stay here at s’mores and shores was the absolute best! And we’ll will be coming back! The host is spectacular! Thinks of everything and the place is perfect making you feel at home! Loved every second at this place really wanted to try to extend! But we will be back!

We loved this place. The view of the lake is so peaceful. The house is perfect in every way. My best Airbnb experience ever. The host, George, is a good guy enjoyed our visit and he responded to all messages and text asap.

The house was amazing for our fishing group. The outside pavilion was perfect for lounging around watching TV and cooking. It was awesome to be able to tie up our boats to the boat dock and fishing was great on that side of the lake. Kendell was an awesome host. This looks like our new annual guy's fishing house.

My wife and I along with another couple were thoroughly satisfied with!!! We would return! Other than going out for breakfast at the quaint and charming The Roost” in Eustace we did all our meals on the grill and/or kitchen. TV worked great! Everything was as good or even exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend this place for quite relaxing.

This is a beautiful lake cabin and we all really enjoyed it. The views were beautiful. The dock was nice and had seating which was a bonus. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and items to use for cooking. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to going again sometime!

Beautiful place, would definitely stay again. And the host communicated well the expectations. With the recent rain Brownwood had, they let us know the boat dock was still usable, but some of the path to the dock had standing water to walk through. They were more than willing to reschedule our stay if it wasn't going to meet our expectations.

Carol and Scott are always great hosts. We will continue to stay with them when we are up that way.

This was the perfect little getaway for the night for my daughter and I. It was so cozy and quiet and we had a blast playing all the available games. We both felt asleep watching movies on the giant couch it was so comfortable. Our hosts were very responsive and greeted us when we arrived and assured to reach out if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back!

We had a great stay at Dwain’s place. Everything was well kept and organized. Close to hiking trails, casinos, golf, and marinas. Would stay again.

I was travelling alone for a conference in Grapevine and wanted to see Dallas first. Zoe’s place is in an absolutely A+ location for exploring the city. 10 min walk to the JFK museum. 20 min walk to the American Airlines Centre (saw a Stars game). Had a Starship Bagel (over the road) for breakfast and it is so good plus City Tavern sorted me out for a couple of beers and some food one evening watching the Mavericks on TV. Also Terry Black’s for BBQ is 20 mins walk away in Deep Ellum. Also very good. If you run, you can get down to the Trinity River trails for some peaceful running really easily. Zoe’s appt was clean, comfortable, spacious and nice place to hang out for the small amount of time not spent sleeping that I wasn’t out exploring the city. Would definitely stay again.

This little studio was exactly what we needed for a quiet getaway. The views of the lake from the back porch were great. The host provided all the right amenities. Highly recommended.

We hope to came back and stay in this very nice and clean apartment, accessible place to everything and the attention of Mario excellent!

Second stay at the loft and we love it! Turning it into a yearly tradition and will hopefully be back again next year! The loft is clean, has extra snacks, and fun games that came in handy. Definitely recommend this place.

Worth every dollar beautiful area and unit. Host was super responsive had a worry free trip and Javier was helpful!

This place was amazing. We loved it. It was so nice and peaceful. We wish we had more time to enjoy it. The only thing missing was an accessible fishing dock, but Courtney was very helpful in helping us find one off site. I would definitely stay here again. Courtney is a great host!

So cute! My kids loved it too. Big upstairs loft ,with a nice bathroom . 4 Beds upstairs and 2 downstairs. Spacious living room. You open the door, you are looking right at the beautiful water. The dock is perfect for fishing and enjoying the day. The space was clean and ready. We had a great time. thank you ! 🫶

This place is a happy house...i just couldnt stop looking at all the delightful pretties inside and out...a castle in Italy could not compare....its hand crafted pretties, extra goodies, lil fireplace, and decor envelops you with peace that creates an ambiance of pure tranquility....i did not want to leave... Tiny has other houses also with the same impeccable qualities...just cozy and homey....and everything is done by hand... Simply lovely...

We were in for a paintball event that weekend. The place was fantastic. The neighbors were also great! Lisa was fantastic and always responded fast and quick to any questions we had. we loved the clear instructions she laid out in the book she leaves out. Our group will 10/10 always come back here if she has room.

If you're looking for a cozy, quiet spot on the lake, you have found it! Definitely recommend!
