The Prancying Pony is a short walk to the University of Oklahoma Campus, Historic Downtown Arts District, restaurants, and dining. The Pony is a quiet and secluded cabana with beautiful garden and pool. The ambiance, the outdoor space, and neighborhood make this the ideal location for exploring the best of Norman. This apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The apartment has one, gated parking spot. Also included is the use of an outdoor grill.

The Chicken House in Yoder

Come experience our 1940s chicken house turned guesthouse! Includes Wi-Fi, kitchenette, smart TV, and super comfy bed. Even though the Chicken House is a tiny 300 sq ft, windows make it feel open and airy. A futon can accommodate one additional guest. Pack-n-play available upon request. Please note: the bed and ceiling above it are low to the ground. Persons with mobility issues might prefer another property. The location is in our backyard.

This unique place has a style all its own. Close to Bishop Arts and Downtown our guest house has all the privacy and convenience you need. Thru your private entrance you walk past the waterfall pond, under an arch of tree vines, into a cozy and updated home. Outside at the end of the wraparound porch you’ll find a private fire pit.
