Flat easy walk along the seafront to all beaches and watersports, theatre, harbour and ferries, Abbey Sands, eateries, parks, golf, bowls, Riviera Centre and all of Torquay's major attractions and beaches. Easy walking to Preston, Paignton and Cockington Village.

Overlooking the millpool at Stoke Gabriel leading into the River Dart. Set in South Down woods, very peaceful but within walking distance of lovely village of Stoke Gabriel with shop, 2 pubs & cafe. Parking for 2 cars, 25 steps to property from car park. Close to Torbay beaches, River Dart, Totnes, the South Hams villages & Dartmoor, my place is good for couples & families. Kayaks can be hired in Stoke Gabriel e.g. to canoe down to Agatha Christie's Greenway or the pub at Tuckenhay.
