Mateo 39A at Nantahala Weddings - pets allowed

Pets allowed. $75 pet fee per pet. $150 penalty if you fail to indicate number of pets via "Guests" drop-down menu when you book. The Mateos are 4 small bungalows with eye-popping views of Lake Nantahala and the Smoky Mountains through an 8-foot sliding glass door. Each Mateo has a queen size bed, private bath, ac/heat, and a kitchenette with a Keurig coffeemaker, refrigerator with freezer, air fryer, microwave, tableware, and glassware for two. The Mateos are not handicap-accessible.

This home is in the mountains on a lake, dirt road access. Town of Andrews is closest town for groceries, 25 minutes by car.

Enjoy waking up in the morning and heading down to our dock to read and enjoy the majestic mountains and peaceful lake. Our deck is a perfect place to enjoy at sunset and to have a drink with family and friends. The porch swing is a great place to spend a rainy afternoon. It is a small rustic cabin of 1150 square feet but it can sleep up to 8.
