The Orangery is a studio space situated at Coes Farm an organic vineyard and orchard making natural wines and ciders and offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Come and make yourself at home in this unique hand crafted miniature gite. Tucked away in the garden of a Tudor cottage, situated on the Addington village green just yards from the Angel Inn. Cottage style Kitchenette with miniature Belfast sink and cupboards. Small double raised bed with storage and dining table underneath. Fully centrally heated for those cosy winter/autumnal days. Rose Cottage, as we call it, has been painstakingly restored to create a delightful, light and cosy space.

Unwind in the rooftop Hot Tub after a day of wandering the Bluebell Woods, playing Crazy Golf on site, exploring the nearby Ashdown Forest or the local Vineyard for Wine Tasting or enjoying the onsite Ice Cream parlour. The bus boasts a super comfy double bed downstairs and European sized bunks up top! Heating upstairs & Down, as well as heated blankets to keep it nice and cozy in the colder months! Set in the ancient picturesque village of Wrotham, a self contained lovingly converted annex with a private entrance. A two min walk to the village high street with its three pubs and village shop. Borough Green is a mile away with direct trains to London in 35 - 45 mins. The village is surrounded by unspoilt countryside and amazing walks. Free on street parking. Well behaved pets are welcome. Our wiggly tin hut is for two people (and of course a dog). It nestles in its own secure space within a pretty cottage garden in the centre of a pretty kent village Sleeping is on a very comfy memory foam double bed. There is an ensuite shower room, basin and wc, a small kitchen with 2 ring gas hob, butlers sink, fridge and combination microwave/oven. Outside there is a bbq and garden furniture. Great pubs locally, one just 1/2 mile away. Another 20 minutes walk. The walks are amazing!

It is a very special place, handmade by the owners and full of artistic charms which provide an idyllic setting for a weekend escape or simply to immerse yourself in nature and have time to hear the dawn chorus and the owls.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway on a country lane in the beautiful Spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells. Located just steps from the Tunbridge Wells circular walk and the outstanding Dunorlan Park with stunning gardens and boating lake. The town centre with its plethora of bars and restaurants is just a 20 minute walk away. The Little Barn has designated parking for one car, modern country style interior, private patio and is surrounded by ancient woodland.

We welcome well behaved dogs. A two minute walk into Wrotham Village, with a picturesque church, village shop, and three pubs including the AA Rosette awarded Bull Hotel. Now with a newly completed private patio to the rear solely for guest use. Dog secure with high gate.
