This is a wonderful lakeside cabin. The yard is well landscaped and provides excellent privacy from the road and neighbors. The area is gorgeous, a short half mile walk from Long Point Park and also a nice walk from Aurora Brewing Company and Long Point Winery. The long bedroom off the kitchen provides a wonderful view of the lake through giant windows along one wall and a door right out to the deck. The bathroom off of this bedroom is very nicely designed as well, though note the water pressure is somewhat low in the shower. The other full bath had fine water pressure. The living room again has wonderful lake views with a sliding door out to the deck. Kayaks are provided and it is a lovely short kayak trip over to Long Point Park, just under 3 miles one way to kayak north to the Wells College boathouse, and about 2.25 miles across the lake to Thirsty Owl and Cayuga Ridge wineries. A gas grill and a charcoal grill are also available for some outdoor cooking. Brett’s father owns this cabin and he met us at the property for checkin, showed us around the cabin and property and gave us all of the information we needed. Brett handles communication through the airbnb app and he responds to questions very quickly. The cabin is not super fancy (hence cabin) but everything was clean and we didn’t see any insects of any kind inside. I would absolutely rent this cabin again for another weekend on the lake!

We stay at Marjorie’s place every time we visit if it’s available! Great location, quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to lots of great places to eat in Geneva. Will definitely return again 😄

I really enjoyed staying at Anna's place for the last couple weeks. She was very friendly and I enjoyed the quiet location and peaceful back yard. I also really enjoyed taking runs on the quiet nearby roads passing by cornfields and farms.

We enjoyed our stay. Erika and Jeremy went out of their way to make sure we felt at home and comfortable. Erika's granola was amazing, and Jeremy's coffee satisfied my husband's coffee needs. My husband is a coffee connoisseur, so he recognized a great cup of coffee! Jeremy knows his stuff when it comes to coffee. The location of this place worked perfectly for us. We spent our days at wineries and restaurants, returning to sleep at night and then head out again in the morning. The location allowed us easy access to all the sights we wished to visit, and Erika and Jeremy's restaurant recommendations were spot on.

Excellent place, highly recommended

Fay's place was perfect for my daughter and I while we visited Cornell. The location is really close to campus and downtown which made going to and from campus dirt easy. Check in was easy with the lockbox and Fay provided restaurant recommendations which we took advantage of. Fay also offered to set up an extra single bed so we could each have our own bed to sleep in. We didn't have a need for the kitchen but it was fully equipped with a stove, fridge and microwave. Would definitely stay here again when in town.

This was such a lovely little flat! The small difficulty we had getting in was our own doing due to a very long drive getting us there very late at night. But the flat itself is fantastic! Very cozy and homey, and with QUITE the little library that we absolutely LOVED! Everything was clean and orderly. Not too far outside town, and the surroundings were gorgeous.

Our stay at Paula’s place was wonderful. It was tidy, cute, and quaint, and exactly like her description. Paula herself was very helpful, generous, and responsive, and my boyfriend and I very much enjoyed our stay; would definitely recommend, and would absolutely stay again in the future!

What a wonderful gem we found at Serenity Suite! Connie was warm and inviting and made sure all our needs were met. She provided tons of recommendations on places to dine locally as well as stop along on our wine tasting outing. The hot tub was so relaxing and the perfect way to unwind each evening. Sadly we didn’t get the chance to enjoy the fire pit area due to the weather but we took full advantage of the streaming services and movies available. Will definitely consider for our next staycation on the flx wine trail! Thank you again!

We had a great stay! Check-in was flawless and the home was an easy walk to many places. The bed was super comfy and we enjoyed the snacks and coffee bar to get us started in the morning. We will be back again.

Nancy was a very gracious and wonderful host. She was helpful, kind, and very responsive. The only issues we had were the lack of curtains on all the windows and, while the bathroom was overall clean, it could have been a bit cleaner as we found another person hairs in some places. It's a comfortable 1 bedroom. Be aware there is no kitchen but that worked out for us as we were quite busy. Also, not good if you have small children. The units are closely connected and you can hear each other if you are loud. Overall, my mother and I enjoyed our time. I would definitely stay again and recommend anyone to stay there as well. It was just fine for me and my mother while visiting Cornell University and a research conference.

Beautiful lakeside property with excellent views, highly reccomend

Having made about six or seven trips in this the first year of many to Ithaca, we have stayed at a few of the neighborhood hotels, & a few Airbnb's. Sumei's Songbird home is like a beautiful getaway, even though it's just 10 minutes from downtown and about 15 minutes from Ithaca College and Cornell. Their place is immaculately clean, and it's almost like there's nothing that didn't think of to make our stay incredibly easy. They have way more amenities available than is even listed. There was very open and friendly communication the entire stay, and the access and parking was perfect. The outside area was nice & inviting as well while being serenaded by the songbirds. Everything is brand new inside including appliances and even the smart TV was customizable to each guest's stay. I'm sure every guest to Ithaca goes for a hike at some point at any of the state parks and gorges, and Sumei facilitates that as well. I really can't say enough great things about their place & our stay!

This was our first experience with an Airbnb and it was a great experience! Spent a lovely weekend at Josh's beautiful apartment...with all the comforts of home. We didn't spend much time there however, when we were there, we had everything we needed...comfortable bed, hot shower and coffee in the morning. When we arrived Friday evening, Josh was just arriving home so we had the pleasure of meeting him and visiting for a few minutes. h He is a very nice and friendly young man :-) I must admit, I am not tech savvy, and operating the TV was a challenge as I am not familiar with Roku and don't often watch Netflix or Amazon, but I eventually figured it out (kinda!) Thanks Josh, for the warm welcome and comfortable accommodations. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at Kimberly's A-frame in Hector, NY, was nothing short of perfect! The Airbnb was exactly as described—actually, it was even better: super cozy and well-equipped after long days of waterfalls, hiking and wine tastings in the Finger Lakes. Kimberly and her daughter were incredibly helpful, even assisting with a question about a special dinner for my mom's 70th (we ended up at Kindred Fare in Geneva, a bit of a drive but worth it!). The A-frame was so cute that we had a mini photo shoot in front of it! Kimberly’s attention to detail was evident in everything, from thoughtful parking tips to cozy amenities. It was heartwarming to learn her family built the house, and as a longtime Hector resident, she knows the area well. We loved our trip so much that we’re already planning another visit. Highly recommend!

beautiful spot in a hill with a pond. our stay was nice and comfortable.

Richelle was a great host. You are attached to her home with a private entrance. Plenty of parking. The room and bathroom were large and clean and comfortable. Amenities were well thought out and lots of information was provided about the area, restaurants, wineries, breweries, parks and museums and nearby attractions. Our schedule and the weather didn’t allow us to enjoy the bikes and kayaks available but that means we will have to return. We opted for a homemade breakfast one morning and it was delicious and was so substantial our stomachs were happy all day! Thank you Richelle! It was a pleasure to meet you. See you soon.

Great space, just big enough to not feel like a hotel and plenty of space for my queen size air mattress. Feel free to go for long walks because this is an amazing location. Very close to downtown and Cornell. Joyce and her husband were great hosts.

Beautiful location and very clean! I would stay here again! I had the chance to explore some great vineyards and breweries nearby!

We found it a nice, comfortable apartment and ideally located for us. Our visit was somewhat off season based on the area but that’s exactly what we were looking for. We’d definitely recommend this spot to others.

My Husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Klein luxury suite. It was spacious, clean, and had everything that we needed. Plenty of extras were supplied that was a really nice touch. Mallory and her family were friendly and respectful. So much to do and see close by. Highly recommend this place if in the area.
