The Apartment T1 "Clivia" has an area of 40 m². Is located on the ground floor and includes: a bedroom with a double bed of 2 meters in length and a bathroom with walk in shower, hairdryer and free natural toiletries (Cosmética Nice Bio World). It has a dining room and living area with fireplace, sofa, TV and AC. There is also a well-equipped kitchenette with a microwave and kitchenware. All spaces have central heating. This apartment has a normal capacity for 2 people. Its capacity can be expanded by using extra beds or using the sofa bed, always by prior arrangement. Its maximum capacity is 4 people. Pets are welcome!

House of Schist in the center of Portugal

Three schist houses being restored at the village of Cunqueiros, in the municipality of Proença-a-Nova, form the Casas da Encosta project. Here it’s possible to relive the life history and culture of the region’s people in the comfort of a typical Portuguese village. According to the owner, Nuno Caldeira, the houses are being restored following the local construction tradition where schist, clay and wood are featured. One of them, Casa da Lagariça, has already opened.

Our treehouse was built over a 400 year old oak tree, standing on a rock bed under all property. Built as a hobby, and originally intended as a playground for children, it gathered the attention and amusement of our friends, family and other guests we had at our property, so we decided to share this place with others.
