The 3 bedrooms have two queen size beds and two twin beds. There's a 75' Samsung TV in the Living Room and a 55" in the main bedroom. Also has a new large washer and dryer. Garage may be shared with the attached Separate 1 Bedroom unit.

The living room has a pull-out full bed, and a single futon bed. THE SUITE IS CONNECTED TO MAIN HOUSE. You will share two walls, the pool, bbq, and backyard with the main house. The suite comes with a fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. The property is 10 minutes from Phoenix Raceway, and 15 minutes from State Farm Stadium!
