Bring your boat: this property is 15 minutes from Umphrey Pavilion and only 1 mile from Sandy Creek Boat Ramp. You are welcome to fish anywhere on the property.

This cozy house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is the perfect place to get away from it all. This house can sleep five guest. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. In the kitchen there is an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker. In the backyard there is a deck, fire ring, fish cleaning station. There is water access when the lake is at near full pool guest will be able to dock their boat. There also is a community boat launch. We added a hot tub.

Lakeside Getaway Located on the Louisiana side of beautiful Toledo Bend Lake just north of Yocum Bay on the main lake. This peaceful waterfront home is a fully furnished three bedroom, two full bathroom Rambler style home. It can sleep up to 10 guests. Kick back, relax and enjoy the morning breezes and beautiful sunsets. Wet a hook, swim or just unwind in the peace and quiet. Boat launch available in neighborhood. Fully-equipped kitchen. Fire pit (with firewood) in large yard and outdoor kitchen with fish cleaning station, sink, charcoal grill, gas burner, electric fryer on large covered porch. Dogs are allowed with pet fee. (No cats please)
