　宿泊施設は山あいにある築40年になる昔ながらのたたずまいを残している古い和風の一軒家です。和室8畳１間と10畳2間の広々としたスペースがあることから家族旅行あるいは親しい友人同士のグループ旅行に適した間取りです。もちろん、お一人様のご予約も承ります。予約された滞在期間中は他のゲストは受け入れませんので気兼ねなくお過ごしいただけます。ただし、各お部屋の仕切りは襖だけなのでそれぞれのお部屋はプライベートなお部屋としてはご利用できません。300坪の敷地内に建てられた住宅のため、隣家とは離れているのでご近所に気兼ねなく滞在できます。夏の期間中は前庭でバーベキューや花火などに興じることも可能です。もし、星に興味をお持ちなら晴れた夜には保有する光学機器で星空もご案内いたします。日中はドローンを使って庭先の上空から周辺の山々を空中散歩することも可能です。ここは都会では決して味わうことのない静かで自然豊かな環境と岩手県の遠野と共通する南部地方特有の古い伝統文化を今も色濃く残した地域です。なお、11月1日から翌年3月19日までの期間は冬季休業とさせていただきますのでご理解ください。

It is a home stay at a private house in a quiet residential area. An artist in her 60's and two cats live in a Japanses style house. You are wellcomed as a member of the family, so we can cook and chat together. If you like, I can help you with sightseeing, kimono dressing and instract creating Japanse Paper art. You can enjoy the snowy landscape and natural hot spring in Winter too. If you can cook together, breakfast will be served. I hope you can have an unique stay in Japan.

平屋で広々として明るく静か。8畳の和室とセミダブルのベッド2台の寝室がある。和室も布団を敷くと寝室にもできます。 A spacious guest house adjacent to the host's house with a lot of light. There are a Tatami room that can be used for a living room and/or bed room and another bed room with 2 full size beds. A private bath room and private entrance for the guests. There is a cute kitchenette equipped with a sink, electric water boiler, refrigerator and microwave. The living room is equipped with an A/C and space heater.

The perfect house for those looking for a bit of quiet and time away from the hustle and bustle of city life. “Asahi” was originally a “Minka,” a traditional Japanese folk house, which we remodeled a few years ago. “Asahi” is one out of three houses on our property and as we rent “Asahi” in its entirety, you’ll be able to enjoy the comforts of your own privacy. The house is comfortable for two but can easily accommodate up to four guests.

The Cube in the forest is a uniquely cozy space that gives a floating sensation amidst abundant natural light and lush greenery. It was built in 1993 by a coelacanth, resembling a thrilling spaceship-like structure, and we inherited it from the previous owner. We have opened it as a vacation rental with the desire for our friends to enjoy the relaxed and cool ambiance, which is both impressive and effortlessly stylish.

越後七浦の海と山の麓にある築100年の古民家を改装した一棟貸しの宿です。 古民家と言うにはあまりにも簡素な家ですが古い様で新しい。 この気持ち良さを旅の思い出のひとつとしていただけたらと思います。 ここは新潟市西蒲区（旧巻町）の間瀬海岸 北陸道・巻ICから車で25分・三条燕ICから35分。眼下に広がる越後七浦の水平線。 誰もいない海辺の朝の散歩。 まるでジブリの世界のようなハイキングコース。 近くには人里離れた山の中のカフェや 海に沈む夕日を見ながらのイタリアンレストランもあります。 岩室温泉の名店のお弁当を購入されまったりと過ごすことも。 採れたての野菜を調理して楽しめる様にアグリツーリズムも計画中。 潮の香と波の音に癒されのんびりしたり、海水浴はもちろん弥彦山登山、サーフィンやジェットスキー。海岸線のドライブやツーリングなど楽しみ方は様々です。 我が家の「はなれ」としてゆっくりお過ごしください。
