Christian's lovely suite is a gem. We felt immediately welcome and comfortable. The space exactly captures the essence of what the Danes call "Hygge"... (this definition from Google: "Hygge (pronounced 'hoo-ga') is a Danish concept that translates to a feeling of coziness, comfort, and contentment. It's about creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, enjoying simple pleasures, and cherishing moments with loved ones)." All that was true in our stay at Christian's. It's in an older building, up 5 flights of stairs (luckily we left heavy luggage in lockers at CPH). Tastefully decorated, quiet, clean, in a prime neighbourhood (Østerbro), with many nearby cafes and bakeries and interesting shops. An easy metro or bus ride to downtown and other neighbourhoods. Close to waterfront. Christian provides helpful suggestions in the suite for nearby dining and grocery shopping. And he quickly responds to other queries. It was a wonderful experience.

This was our 1st visit to Copenhagen and Laura’s apartment was a good base to explore the sights during our five night stay. We usually walked to the major sites (about 50 minutes) but public transport was a good available option even to and from the airport. Steffen welcomed us personally and kindly helped us up the stairs with our somewhat heavy bags. He provided detailed information about the apartment and local area. It was comfortable and just as advertised. Several supermarkets nearby and a huge park which we walked through daily to get into the centre and visit the main tourist sights.

Phillip's apartment was a near-perfect home base for our Copenhagen adventures. There's water on two sides and several windows to enjoy the fabulous views. It's a short stroll to stunning parks and waterways and the iconic Little Mermaid. The bed was super comfy and we had everything we needed (w/d; kitchen; free parking; elevator; excellent location, etc.). There were lots of unique lamps and fixtures and bookshelves with interesting books and a balcony (though it was too cramped to really relax and enjoy). Phillip is delightful and open, and he and his co-host communicated smoothly, respectfully, and with care. They shared lots of recommendations and offered us helpful information. We'd rate communication with them with 10 stars. I will express my disappointment in the lack of cleanliness of the apartment. That was the only downside to our experience. Don't guests pay a cleaning fee?? (Did we??!) All in all, however, we'd stay at Phillip's lovely apartment in a heartbeat!!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen und sehr ansprechend. Auch die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Unterkunft!

Mar y Alessandro han sido unos anfitriones magníficos, tanto en la comunicación previa como en el recibimiento. Nos hemos sentido muy bien atendidos. El apartamento es muy confortable y cómodo. Tiene una luz muy bonita y está decorado con mucho gusto. Está muy limpio y bien equipado, con todo lo necesario para cocinar y para descansar. El barrio es muy tranquilo y agradable. El metro está a cinco minutos caminando. Todo genial. Sin duda, repetiríamos si volviéramos a Copenhage.

Our stay was perfect! We loved the location-close to Metro and light rail which we used every day. Nicolaj left us nearby restaurant recommendations that we used- Cafe Bopa, Corsa Pizza and Juno the Bakery. We loved our 4 days in Copenhagen and hope to come back. When we do we will definitely stay here again.

Catharina has been very helpful since the beginning of my stays. She is always responsive and supportive even sometimes I think I ask too much. The location is very convenient and both the metro and S train is within 10 mins walking distance. Her accommodation is lovely and have all the basic utilities you’ll need. I highly recommend this place!

Our stay at Niels’ apartment was absolutely wonderful! The apartment itself is historic, spacious, clean, and set in a lovely, peaceful neighborhood. It’s close to a beautiful park and still within easy walking distance of Copenhagen’s main attractions. Niels was also incredibly responsive and flexible, making the whole experience even smoother. We highly recommend this place and would be delighted to stay here again on our next visit to Copenhagen!

Retrostyle der 70er in dänischem Ferienhaus: Das ist einmal etwas anders und hat uns gut gefallen. Trotzdem muss man bei Morten und Mette Marie auf keinerlei Komfort verzichten (wie WLAN, Streaming-TV, Soundsystem, moderne Küchengeräte oder eine Klimaanlage). Volle Empfehlung!

We absolutely loved our stay! The place is sooo gorgeous, everything is either very new or extremely well kept, very stylish and pretty, also very clean. It feels private and very peaceful. The host is extremely friendly, we felt really welcomed. The nearest swimming spot is a 20 minute walk, other gorgeous locations are a short drive away. Would definitely recommend!

Jan og Lærke er de herligste værter, søde, hjælpsomme og betænksomme. Huset er et hyggeligt ældre hus i meget smukke omgivelser. Selv om gæstehuset ligger i forlængelse af hovedhuset, så er der ikke noget problem ift. privatliv. Man føler, at man har stedet for sig selv, og Jan og Lærke er meget diskrete, men altid klar til en hyggelig snak.

Min familie og jeg have nogle skønne påskedage i Peters skønne, skønne hus. Helt vild med stilen - og ikke mindst den store, flotte have. Kan varmt anbefales.

We enjoyed our week at Alejandra’s. The apartment was in an excellent location. It was close to the city center, right by the metro, but far enough out that it was quiet at night. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The bathroom was quite small for two people but we managed. Overall the apartment allowed us to relax and sleep well after a day out in Copenhagen.

Amir is an outstanding host! Communication was seamless, and he was incredibly easy to deal with. The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully bright—such a welcoming space! A big plus was the bathroom, which was conveniently located and well-lit, unlike some other Airbnb places we’ve saw. The location is also fantastic just a 5-minute walk to the metro and grocery stores, and only 15 minutes to reach the city center. Truly an excellent spot! We will definitely be back. This Airbnb is the perfect location for a family trip. There are parks and coffee shops close by and the metro is an 11 minute walk with a toddler. The apartment is lovely and makes you feel like you are actually living in Denmark for your stay (vs a hotel). Hosts were responsive and kind. You will enjoy your time here!

Beautiful place, loved our stay at Victors just felt comfortable and at home straight away. A 10 minute walk gets you to the local metro station which meant Copenhagen and all it has to offer is a short walk and ride away. My only worry was the parking and I wish I’d have done what Victor recommended and parked a little distance out of the city centre and take the metro back in or walk as we got a parking ticket even though we paid with the app. Thanks for a lovely stay Victor hopefully we will return to your amazing place and city next year

Lovely place to have family nearby during a weekend’s stay. The Copenhagen bathroom is something noteworthy for those with reduced mobility, but it’s a very nicely decorated place with a great yard!
