Nice and clean place! We could wash our clothes and use the hangers etc. This was great. The host is very nice! And organize safaritours. The only confusing point was that the person who is doing the airbnbaccount is not the host itself. It was a friend because the host can’t speak English. But the airbnbperson was not really clear about a lot of things and texted me without permission on my phone number. We thought it’s a little unfair because the friend seams to use the real host.:/ I hope the friend is giving his friend the money for the room.

Sheran and his family were so friendly and accommodating. We had a delayed flight and so we didn’t arrive until 1:00am, but Sheran and his mother were there with smiles to great us and make sure we had what we needed. Since we arrived so late he was fine with us rescheduling our safari with him until the afternoon. His mother made a delicious breakfast for us at the time we asked. The beds were clean and comfortable. The only thing was that there were not two queens in a room together, but a king and a single. Since we had small children it worked out fine. It wasn’t fancy, but we enjoyed the feel of being in a Sri Lankan home.

Ravindu’s place is a great place to stay! Really good location for turtle watching - about a 5 min walk to turtle beach where we were able to see a green turtle laying her eggs - magical! Great food and vibe - Ravindu and his family were so lovely. Easy to see why this place is so popular - highly recommend.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus. Das Frühstück war unser Highlight. Es war so lecker und wurde mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Zum chillen gab es Hängematte auf der Terrasse und man hat uns sogar Mückenschutz zu Verfügung gestellt. Es wurde eine tolle Safari für uns organisiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen. :)

We didn't stay at this place because Upali was out of town and we booked late. Upali was very helpful and arranged an alternative accomodation. Although we didn't end up staying in the end, Upali endured my refund which came through the following day. If we pass through again we will definitely stay at Upalis.

We had an excellent stay in Chinthaka’s place and we would highly recommend. The location was great, very close to the Baby Elephant orphanage and the Safari which were the two main attractions for us. The place was extremely comfortable and very clean. Chinthaka and his family were extremely accommodating and organised our safari and our taxi to Ella. They cooked us delicious breakfasts and dinners in the evening. A lovely place to stay!

This place was the highlight of our trip in Sri Lanka. From the second you arrive its like staying with family. the beds are comfortable the rooms spacious, air con and hot water. The very low room rate made us think there would be something wrong. Quite the opposite, Bhagya should simply be charging more. The dinner the family cooked for us was incredible and to see the safari/yala at the North end of the park, away from the crowds was the best experience we could have hoped for. there's only 15 safari 4x4s in the north opposed to 300 vehicles in the south. Raise your prices Bhagya this is the best product in Sri Lanka

Wir waren für den Udawalawe Nationalpark da für zwei Nächte und es war die perfekte Unterkunft! Extrem sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet, super gutes Essen und wirklich freundliches Personal:) Sehr empfehlenswert, wenn ihr eine Safari machen wollt. Wir haben direkt über Nandana gebucht und alles lief super! Gerne wieder :)

schöne Unterkunft absolut ruhige Ecke und schönes Zimmer mit leiser Klimaanlage. wir hatten ein eigenes TukTuk und konnten in die Stadt fahren zum Essen was ungefähr 15 min dauert. Pickme funktioniert soweit Abseits nur bedingt. In der Unterkunft kann man aber auch gut essen. Absolut empfehlenswert

We had a wonderful stay with Ru, Mike, their friendly team, and their beautiful dogs. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel at home with homemade ginger beer and the best coffee we’ve had in Sri Lanka. Our room was spacious and comfy with stunning valley views. The grounds are incredible—lush gardens, a large pool, and rolling hills. Ru gave us a lovely tour of the estate, introducing us to the animals and sharing her knowledge of the plants and spices used in their delicious meals. Her cooking was outstanding—like having a private chef! We also loved the cooking demo with her mum, followed by a Sri Lankan feast. Breakfasts were unforgettable, with fresh local twists and pastries worthy of Paris. Mike and Ru were generous, insightful hosts and helped us explore the area, including Lipton’s Seat, a tea factory, and Diyaluma Falls. Definitely check out GlenMyu’s website for more on food, activities, and the magic of this place.

This was one of the best places we stayed during our trip! The staff were amazing and kind and they brought my sisters breakfast in bed when she was sick with a cold! They also drove us to the store and the city free of charge whenever we wanted to go somewhere. They handled the safari part amazingly and all we had to do was to tell them that we wanted to go to safari, they fixed the rest. They were very very kind and it was a pleasure to stay here.

Sehr gute Lage man schaut bis nach Udawallawe wenn das Wetter klar ist. Prima für Ausflüge zu Wasserfällen, Lipton Teefabrik, Tagesausflug nach Ella mit der Bahn. Selbstgemachtes Kokosnusseis bei Olives Restaurant sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir waren leider nur für eine Nacht in der Unterkunft, hatten aber trotzdem eine super Zeit! Wir haben auch die Safari hier gebucht, was super in der Umsetzung geklappt hat! Wurden direkt vor Ort abgeholt & auch wieder zurück gebracht. Die Zimmer sind super geräumig & das Personal so unfassbar lieb! Super hilfsbereit & immer als Ansprechpartner vor Ort! Unser Highlight war mit Sicherheit das leckere Abendessen welches wir einen Tag zuvor dazu gebucht hatten. Fantastisch! Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen & die Unterkunft empfehlen! :)
