We've stay at this location a few times before, and it's our favorite. From the simplicity, to loving the house and amenities itself along with the most amazing hosts. They're great at communicating, flexible, understanding, I could go on an on. It's the perfect location for our family to stay when we come up to work on our property. We look forward to our next stay as always.

We loved everything about the Bhombay Beach House! It was private, cozy, and super clean. We appreciated the full kitchen (coffeemaker/coffee, full-sized fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, glassware, and utensils), since we like to save $$$ by making breakfast while on vacation. Bob was very responsive without being intrusive. He provided extra amenities without our asking (umbrellas and nighttime snacks!). The large-screen TV included Netflix ... lots of DVDs, too. The views of the beach (Lake Huron) from the living room and kitchen were gorgeous. It was too chilly to use the firepit, but we walked the beach on our last day, which was lovely. LOVED being so close to the water! We were just up the street from the ferry to Mackinac Island. We had never been, and it didn't disappoint. Horse-drawn carriages, the Grand Hotel, funky restaurants, lots of bicycles, fudge! Make sure to visit Bob (and Thom's) store, Cottage UP. Great finds! In short, a perfect stay in every way. An absolutely wonderful unit at Trout Creek...one of the best we've ever stayed at. Allen was very responsive in communicating with us and most accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed the well appointed furnishings and the jacuzzi tub was an added bonus. Would gladly stay again.

Our stay at the cabin on the private lakefront property was nothing short of amazing! The view of the lake, especially during sunset, was absolutely breathtaking. The property had everything we needed for a perfect getaway—lots of amenities, including provided firewood and fire starters, which made evenings by the fire so enjoyable. There were plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy right on the premises, making it the ideal spot for relaxation and adventure. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful setting!

This place couldn't be any more perfect if we had owned and decorated it ourselves. Everything we could hope to have for our stay was there. From the plentiful kitchen of glasses, pots, pans, bowls, etc., to the blankets in the living room, games, emergency kit, brochure and highlights board, books, etc. This place was amazing. Best Airbnb we've ever stayed at.

A Dream Getaway at Britta's Lakefront Cabin! We had the most incredible stay at Britta’s cabin on the lake in the Upper Peninsula! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene setting and breathtaking views of the lake. The cabin itself is beautifully designed and spacious made it feel like a home away from home Britta was an exceptional host—she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Communication was seamless from the start, and she provided us with helpful recommendations. She clearly cares about her guests and has thought of every detail to make the experience unforgettable. If you're looking for a relaxing, picturesque retreat with a perfect balance of nature and comfort, this cabin is the place to be. We’re already planning our next visit and can't wait to return to Britta’s beautiful lakeside escape! Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Lani's place! The location was perfect and the place had everything we needed. I also really loved the bed (I wasn't too hot) and usually have a hard time with beds at other Airbnbs I've stayed in. Also, while the place didn't have wifi we still had great service on our phones (which have Verizon service). If we come back to the area, we'd LOVE to stay here again.

We loved the cabin! The view is AMAZING--the lake is right off the deck, with stunning views from the bedroom and living room any time of day. It was halfway between Sault Ste. Marie and Pancake Bay, making either easy to get to, and it had everything the two of us could need. We would come back any time!
