Lisa was a perfect host, and the house is lovely. She was very good at communicating, helpful and flexible, and showed that she genuinely cares about her guests. The house is nicely apportioned and very thoughtfully stocked with just about anything you might need to be comfortable. It’s very cozy and has a lot of fun touches that give it character. The lake view is lovely and a nice walk around it first thing in the morning is a perfect way to start the day. There were five adults staying in the house and we all agreed that there was nothing we would change or felt was missing during our stay. We would gladly return in the future!

Best place in the area we have stayed at yet. Will stay again. Great parking for boat and truck connected and still room for couple more. Great, friendly neighbors. see y'all again

The three cottages are really beautiful in a wonderful location. I strongly suggested it for a weekend close to cleveland but also in the nature.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and cozy. We appreciated that the house was stocked with many common forgotten items and had all the comforts of home. It is very close to the lake and the town of Vermillion which is so charming. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to the area.

Diana was extremely responsive to all of our questions. The house was in a safe area with blinds and blackout curtains to provide added privacy. The well-maintained house was comfortable and close enough to the park and beach for daily walks with our dog. The home even provided supplies like crate and waste bags for your pet. The noise from the busy street was not even noticeable inside the home. We have heard train noise in all homes where we have stayed (even our family) over the years - it’s just a given in the area. This home has the best insulation and I only noticed the train twice while sleeping. The heat works great and we even set the thermostat 5 degrees lower than we keep it at home. We plan to make this our first choice for future visits.

This was a wonderful place to stay for our Anniversary weekend! It was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was close to many wineries and Patricia had great suggestions. The bed was very comfortable, and the place was very clean. Patricia was a wonderful host. I would definitely recommend this place!

Our family loved our stay here! The lake view from the home was beautiful, and the house was equipped with everything you need and more. We enjoyed the local wineries and traveling to Erie, PA.

Couldn’t have been more perfect for 3 girls getting away for the night! Hosts were so accommodating and house was spotless. Highly recommend!

Wow! What an adorable cottage right on the literal edge of Lake Erie! Wonderful sunset views right from the swing or back porch. Kitchen had everything needed to cook, bathroom had everything needed to shower, and bedroom had everything needed to sleep comfortably. Extra blankets and thin and full pillows for a great choice. Just a wonderful place to stay if you’re wanting to be in the Geneva area. Geneva State Park and Headlands Park were close by and have good walking trails and beaches. We went in the off season so everything was pretty quiet - just the way we like it.
