Great place to stay. Clean and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent stay, easy to get to and absolutely beautiful views. We chose this location specifically for its central location for our three nights on the coast. Studio size was perfect for my young daughter and I, and grateful to have had separate beds! All appliances needed were available, and a ton of DVD movie choices (along with streaming channels). A little disappointed the crossing bridge to access the beach had come down at some point, so accessing the beach required going all the way to the end of the parking lot, over a road bridge, then back along the creek’s edge. Not so big of a deal, just less convenient. Looking forward to another stay sometime in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. The beach was literally steps away. The host was very responsive and communicated clearly and quickly. We had an issue at the beginning of our stay but she proactively worked to fix the issue promptly. We appreciated her great customer service and attention to our comfort during our stay. Thank you! Great location with a quick path to the beach. An amazing view of the sunset through the window in the main area. We were impressed by the size of the condo, a very comfortable stay. The hosts did a great job of communicating with us to ensure we had all the information we needed for arrival and departure. I'd recommend this location. We will be back and hopefully for a longer stay. Thanks again for a beautiful spot to get away from the city.

Wonderful town to stay in when you don’t want to be in the hustle and bustle.

It's an older unit, but you have amazing views of the ocean so who's looking around inside? It was pretty hot/stuffy when we arrived and I did not see any air conditioning option. But open the windows and use the fan and it cools down nicely. It's walkable to the downtown, which is a fun collection of shops and restaurants. Even karaoke on Fri and Sat nights. Oh, and a free coffee drink on the host our first morning! Overall, we had a great time.

Absolutely beautiful! We could see and hear the ocean from the porch. Highly recommend for an Oregon get away!

Beautiful place to stay! Beach access was phenomenal. We have been coming to rockaway for years and this was one of the best stays we have had. Lots a clean linens, towels and supplies. Hot tub was awesome and frequently used. Upstairs space is a little awkward to get to, as you have to walk through a bedroom to where the stairs begin (this is listed in his description so not a surprise), but once you get up there it is comfy and has toys and great supplies. Also had a high chair in the bedroom which was nice. Nice patio space and so nice to have washer and dryer on site. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. This house has a nice open living area, lots of space for our large family, and was well stocked, with a beautiful view. It was also very comfortable and clean. We especially loved the coffee bar set up. There was a binder with local recommendations for food and activities which was very appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was just as described. Perfectly situated right on the river. If you like to fish this is the place. It is not however a place for small children. There is not a yard and the steep stairs to the river could be problematic for older guests. There is a nice deck. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs and open to the great room. The stairs to one of the bedrooms is a ship’s ladder. The one bathroom is on the main floor and it is nice. There is another bedroom right across from the bathroom on the main floor. It has bunk beds but the bottom bunk is probably a double. The kitchen is well equipped, but no dishwasher. Joseph gives a lot of instructions around the very steep drive. Please read carefully he is not exaggerating! We have an all wheel drive SUV and had no issues. Joseph is very responsive. I had a perceived issue and he immediately was trying to resolve the problem. He was kind and understanding. This property is in a beautiful setting and very private. Would stay again.

What a great place! The lake house is so tranquil and private, and a short walk/drive down the road for coast access. The water views from the house are absolutely spectacular and you can watch the birds for hours. The kitchen had all the cooking gear you could need, the beds and bathrooms were comfortable and clean, and all the games were a treat to have around on a rainy day. We will definitely be coming back again soon!

We had an amazing visit with our family of five. The house was immaculate with an amazing setting and view. Comfortable and beautifully decorated. Just minutes from Pacific City, beaches and hiking. The kitchen was well stocked - I was able to make a Thanksgiving dinner without needing to buy a single dish or gadget. We loved waking up every morning with our coffee watching the birds over the water. Can't wait to come back!

Katie’s home was worth the trip and money we spent. Felt so cozy and such a beautiful home. Peaceful and quiet, and we loved that Katie had a binder set up with not only instructions and the rules, but tons of great recommendations on dinners, hikes, and much more! My family and I will definitely be coming back! ⭐️

We had a fantastic stay at Groovy Digs, and an unexpected connection made the experience even more memorable! As many others have mentioned, the views are absolutely stunning, and we loved spending time watching the wildlife and beauty of the bay. The house is equipped with so many thoughtful amenities: a fully stocked kitchen perfect for preparing meals, cozy furniture ideal for reading or playing games, and for our family, the highlight was the vintage two-player Pac-Man machine—such a fun touch! The home is situated in a charming neighborhood with easy access to beaches both north and south, plus great restaurants in nearby Manzanita and Nehalem. A must-try is the plate-sized cinnamon rolls at Wanda's Café in Nehalem—delicious! Be sure to get there early (Friday through Sunday only) to grab one! We would definitely return, as the weather didn't allow us to take out the kayaks. Thank you!

An amazing stay with an amazing view! The view alone was worth it. Walking along the beach was magical. It’s a short walk to the beach and the store/ market in town as some great sandwiches, food, coffee etc. The space itself was spotless and perfect for a weekend trip. Book it! You won’t regret it.

Stay here! Absolutely stunning view from every window. Everything you need and then some. We could watch our kids play on beach from the balcony. The bedrooms were cozy and clean. The location is incredible. Kristin was kind and easy to communicate with! No complaints. The price for what you get is amazing. We loved the neighborhood. Well worth every dollar to stay here. ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at KC and Melanie’s. Their place was cute and clean. And the view is unreal! I do wish the bridge had been down so we could have walked straight from the property to the beach. But walking around wasn’t a big deal. Melanie and KC were very communicative prior to our stay and helpful with tips on beach walks, activities, restaurants, etc. I’d definitely stay here again.

Almost out of town, which made it very peaceful. Great eateries within a few miles. Try Grumpy's for a great breakfast but if you order the #1 be prepared to eat for a couple days. The pancakes were so big I would have had to start a week earlier to finish them. Loved the place, everything you could need that you might have left at home, was available. I've stayed at five star hotels that weren't this nice. I kept waiting for someone to come say it was time for my massage.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was just as Angela described. We loved how easy it was to get to the beach. The views from the condo and deck were lovely. We look forward to returning.

Amazing stay! We watched the sunset from the patio every evening. Beautiful overlook of Tunnel Beach. Very comfortable for four of us in our group.

Victor is friendly and responsive, the condo has a beautiful beach front view, clean and as described! Our toddler had so much fun at the beach. Will definitely stay again.

This place was absolutely amazing they thought of everything! It was comfortable & clean. The beds were amazing so comfy! We walked the beach right in front of the condo and we ate in the local restaurants, the Sand Dollar was a favorite, great Oceanfront views! We took the train ride the Oregon coast Scenic Railway right in Rockaway Beach. We hiked the Rockaway big beach tree Trail and saw the beautiful giant old tree that's between 800 and 1500 years old all right in Rockaway Beach! This is a great location as we were going to go both north and south on the coast so it was a really great starting point. We went to Cannon Beach to try to see the tufted Puffin Birds at low tide the goonie Rock & we ate at the wayfarer restaurant amazing food & views. up to Astoria to cross the bridge to Washington just to say that we did it:-) horseback ride on the beach Twin Creeks beach & whale watching in Depoe Bay ate Tidal Raves best views! Would definitely recommend this dream home!
