First floor of single family home. 5 minutes from UC Berkeley, famous gourmet ghetto with Chez Panisse and Cheeseboard down the hill, and open space in Tilden Park with dozens of trails to hike and explore. Public transportation to downtown Berkeley and BART to SF right outside the door. Full kitchen, separate bedroom and full bathroom with shower and tub. All the amenities of home.

Private garden guest room with separate entrance in North berkeley hills. Close to UC, LBL, Tilden park. Bus to BART or Uber to anywhere in the Bay Area. Safe and quiet location. Garden and patio. The private room has a double bed which is slightly shorter and more narrow than a queen size bed. We offer a mini fridge and complementary coffee. No kitchen access. The room , bath and entry are entirely private. It is not a stand alone cottage and you will hear some house noises. Thank you. 😊

Access to amazing Bay views! Cozy ~250 sq. ft. studio unit with unit 9.5 ft ceilings which serves as a guest suite with private bath to a home in the Oakland hills. Private entrance with access to shared deck with 3 bridge bay views on a clear day. All self-contained with in-unit mini-fridge, coffee machine, microwave and TV with Roku for streaming (no cable TV). standing desk serves as your "office" and a couple small sitting chairs to lounge about or read a book.

Nestled at the top of the Berkeley Hills, just outside Tilden national reserve, with beautiful views of the bay from the neighborhood. There is a bedroom, bathroom, and central room with kitchenette. The space is cozy and fit for a maximum of 2 visitors. The yard fully fenced and private for you and any four legged travelers. Pets do require a separate cleaning fee so we ask you register them as you book.

Painting Studio in the Trees

Located halfway up the steep Berkeley hillside in a quiet residential area. The space has amazing natural light with 4 skylights and garden facing windows. There is a patio deck with table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. Previously an art studio, now a simple detached cottage at the entrance of our property. Berkeley Bitty House - a little bit of home

The Berkeley Bitty House is our cozy little detached guesthouse, located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a few minutes drive to campus and within walking distance to many landmarks. Although itty bitty, it feels luminous and private, with a large skylight and windows that overlook a private deck with hot tub. The view of the bay from the private deck is breathtaking.

This lovey sunny Berkeley hills, smoke free little apartment is a fifteen minute walk down hill to UC Berkeley, or dining at Chez Panisse or pizza at the Cheese Board. Watch the sun sink over the Golden Gate Bridge with a two minute stroll to the Rose Garden. On occasion, we care for our daughter’s dog. She is friendly and can be confined.

Surrounded by trees on 1/2 acre, our cottage in Kensington/ Berkeley Hills is a perfect country house in the city. Our relaxing light-filled retreat is decorated with our original textile designs, Kiran's fine art photography and has a hot tub available for the guests under the stars.
