Daniel and his team made our stay easy. We're stayed in the home for 2 months as we were in between homes. Communication with the team was super easy .. they didn't over-communicate, but we're always responsive. The space itself was perfect for us. Parking in the driveway is fine, but street parking is limited. Though we never had an issue. 5-stars across the board! Thanks again for hosting us!

Joshua was an amazing host! He would check in throughout our stay to ensure he met our needs. Additionally, I appreciated his responsiveness in communicating with us when it came to answering our questions or providing us with information regarding our stay. Would recommend him to anyone!

I booked this place last minute literally after checking into a nearby hotel that was subpar at best and not as advertised. First time in Point Loma. Reason for visit was seeing my kids who live in Cali and Hawaii. So we met halfway as I am from the east coast. The ease of the entire experience is unmatched. The communication with the host was great and the house was amazing. Perfectly appointed. They thought of literally everything. And it was spotless and pristine. This is a unique home and experience. The most comfortable and beautiful and up to date everything is this house. I can’t think of a single thing that wasn’t perfect. There are stairs to the lower bedrooms and laundry and pool area. But I’m in shape and they didn’t scare me. The neighbors are super friendly. And the parking lot as adequate. The view is knockout insanely beautiful. The beds are comfy the pillows and linens are just like at home. It’s a quiet neighborhood close to everything. And I can’t think of a negative

Carl and Vicki's house was amazing! There are 3 bedrooms on the main level (1 master with bath, one bedroom with jack and jill bathroom, and 1 bedroom with bunks). The kitchen/dining/great rooms were great to hang out in as a group. The lower level had its own bedroom with a bath, and the playroom had a futon to sleep on and an air mattress. It was super clean and homey. There were recommendations for things to do in a binder. The hosts were very communicative. The views are spectacular. If you are walking (as we did), note that it's on top of a steep hill, so you will get bonus exercise! This also is part of the reason for the great views. If you don't like walking, there are ubers, too! I was on a girls trip, and it was nice to have separate rooms for all. If I were traveling with my family, this house would also be ideal.

Great house and hosts. Nicole was very responsive to questions or needs. My boys loved the hot tub and the movie theater with popcorn buckets. Would stay here again.

Adorable cozy, cute, clean beach cottage…a block from the beach…walk to restaurants and shopping!! Loved the outdoor space as well! You never knew there were people in the unit above, they were quiet and friendly the few times we saw them. Vacasa was very responsive and professional with the few questions I had when we arrived. Thank you!!

very cool place to stay in while visiting Tijuana. it's very centrally located and has plenty of restaurants at walking distance. the room is very spacious and the common living area are great for relaxing. definitely recommend.

The pictures & the description are accurate. Though they lead with a shot of a pool table in the common area which is on another floor. We felt safe during our stay. It's a gated building with security manning a front desk. And we were glad to have very hot water in the shower, though, oddly not every sink got as hot as the shower. The only downside was the lack of clear directions on Checking-in. First you have to send someone to the Intercom which is on a wall by a steel door on the outside of the property. The guard will answer & tell you where to park. He will open the gate for your car & you drive up the ramps. Then go back down the STEPS to the lobby. Sign in & give the guard your info (Plate # and ID). He will use his keycard for the elevator. Go up and open the door to the apartment with the code you are given on the app. Elevator/Exterior Gate card is inside. To lock the door, hold the lock icon for 3 seconds. Also bring a space heater in Winter.

La ubicación del lugar está Perfecto, pudimos salir y encontrar todo a la mano, comida, cajero, café delicioso, farmacias y el departamento bien lindo, tiene todo lo necesario para estar con tu pareja y descansar. Solo un comentario! Cambien la base de la cama, si nos sentábamos o movíamos al dormir rechinaba muchísimo 🙃 en la cocina todo Perfecto y bien cuidado( gracias por nuestro café) 🥰 el sillón súper cómodo, el lugar por la tranquilidad te invita a no querer salir de ahí, muchas gracias por la atención será un placer volver a estar con ustedes❤️

Casa agradable, espacios amplios y limpios con una vista a la playa impresionante desde la terraza, acceso a la playa a unas cuadras de distancia. Camas muy amplias y cómodas. Agua caliente en todo momento. el sofa-cama un poco incomodo, apenas colocando una colchoneta encima para mayor comodidad. Las TVs funcionaban bien, la de la sala tenia varios canales para entretenimiento, excelente la señal del wifi en la red 2G. El anfitrión muy atento y amable. Nos dejo varios suministros básicos para nuestra estancia como papel, jabón, aceite, especias, agua... Pasamos un excelente fin de semana

This was a perfect "find" for me. Nice room with full private bath and plenty of hot water in the shower. Access to a fully equipped kitchen with storage for my own groceries. The location allowed me a short walk to Zona Rio for my medical appointments. Franco was a wonderful host who met me upon arrival and oriented me around the property. Franco lives with a small dog named Nala who is very friendly. She spends most of her time out-of-doors, never in the guestroom. I will definitely return!

Beautiful and relaxing, would definitely stay here again! We enjoyed the ocean view and the fire places what a spectacular additional touch!
