This place did not disappoint my husband and I. The unit was newly remodeled and so well done, organized and attentions to details for guest conveniences. We loved it !

There was no kitchen in the unit. Bibisch let me know that right away, so it didn’t look exactly like the photos. I’m guessing the hurricane last Fall caused some damage. You would never know tho. We could tell it was freshly painted. Nice, comfortable bed. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars and the beach. We’ll be back!

Our unit on Madeira Beach was just as expected! Very clean and modern. There was some morning traffic noise but that was expected by reading the previous reviews, but it’s a great location! Easy access to John’s Pass/Hubbard’s Marina, restaurants and the beach! Our host was very responsive as well. If I was staying longer, laundry on-site would be great and more kitchen supplies too. Otherwise, everything was great! My son enjoyed using the PlayStation during downtime! 😉 Would definitely stay here again. 😃

Very spacious 1 bedroom. The place was very clean and furniture was in really good shape. They provided everything you need for the beach and easy living. Can’t beat the location. We walked down the stairs and were on the beach in a few steps. Just far enough away from all of the action for a quiet feel, but a short walk down the main drag got us to restaurants and coffee shops.

Wirklich ein tolles Apartment, indem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Alles war sehr sauber und es ist wirklich nur ein kurzer Weg über die Straße bis zum Strand. Debra war sehr hilfsbereit bei dem Checkout. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

Spacious living area and bedrooms. We enjoyed the deck overlooking the ocean and sunset. Perfect for a family stay. Everything was updated and clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Right on the beach and close to restaurants, about a 20 min drive to Clearwater.

We had such a nice stay at Maison Nicholas - comfortable, relaxed, spacious, quiet, well-equipped kitchen, super close to the beach and to the grocery store. Nicholas was very responsive and thoughtful. Thank you for such a pleasant time!

We had a wonderful stay! It was the perfect location, so close to the beach access and right across the street from John’s Pass. We felt right at home here and look forward to coming back again! Perfect spot for me, my husband, and 3 teenagers.

This is the second year we stayed here & love it even more! Not only is the house itself great, the best parts are the pool and walking just around the corner to the beach! This was the ultimate spot for our little girls and the grandparents to share! The washer and dryer is a huge plus traveling with kids! Pretty sure we will be back yearly! Steve is great at reaching out and making sure you have all that you need!

What a wonderful getaway! When you walk in the front door, the elegant & beach decor make you feel like you are in a true beach escape. The bottle of wine with iridescent glasses, popcorn, and a sweet card were such a thoughtful surprise. When you walk outside to the patio & pool area, it's ready for swimming, relaxation, enjoying the blooms & birds, and grilling. The house is so welcoming, immaculate, full of amenities from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the living areas to the patio & pool area, and has all one needs to make a home away from home. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen many days. The ocean, grocery stores, & top rated restaurants were close by & the sunsets at the beach were amazing! What a quiet area for a relaxing escape near the ocean! Thanks for the beautiful stay...many memories will be treasured!!

This place is absolutely beautiful. The home is full of character, wood floors, sash windows, it’s lovely. Plenty of room for a large family. And right on the beach. It’s amazing. We all loved our stay here & would highly recommend it.

Beautiful place to stay. Loved the layout. Host was extremely responsive and gave check in instructions the week prior which I really appreciated. Made it that much easier to know we’d be able to get right in. We did a lot of cooking with littles and had to make do with the single egg skillet. Normally we stay on the beach but bc of spring break pricing we stayed here on other side of gulf blvd. The road is loud so sitting on the balcony isn’t as peaceful as I’d hoped. Although you can see the ocean between the buildings which was a surprising plus! Would absolutely stay at a beach time rentals location again.

We loved staying at this house. The location right across from the beach was amazing. The crosswalk made it super safe and easy to get to the beach-even for our teenagers. This was the cleanest abnb I’ve ever stayed at. Not an easy task for a beach house. The linens and bedding were soft and plentiful. The house had plenty of amenities for a fun beach day-plenty of beach towels, chairs, wagon and toys. Helena was very responsive to questions and with recommendations. There was only one issue-the garage door lock was rusted and would not open. Helena had Mario out to fix it within hours. Could not have asked for a better host. I wish we had more time to stay there-I felt truly comfortable

We were in St Petersburg for a family wedding. David’s place was an outstanding choice, given it had 3 private bedrooms on 2 separate floors. Giving us privacy, for getting ready for events, and togetherness for visiting between events. The location was perfect as the events were at the Hotel Zamora. David was a super host, everything went smoothly. He was timely in his response to questions, which were few because of the details he had written.

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

For an older building the unit was well maintained and was right on the beach and close to many restaurants as well as a grocery store.

The host, Jorge was fantastic. This is truly the best spot with the beach right there, parking, towels and everything you need for a great day at the beach. The trolley or bus is a quick walk to get around st Pete. Would absolutely recommend.

Our family of 6 had the best time! Our condo was so nice, clean, and comfortable. It was great to have beach towels and chairs to use as well!! The beach and view was amazing. We had no idea it would be so beautiful. The pool wasn’t quite ready but that didn’t matter (repairs due to the hurricane) the ocean was enough. Our son rented a fishing pole from Hubbards Marina and had the best time fishing off the shore while our other kids swam. We would go back and stay at the same place again. The beach was not crazy busy. Early mornings and late evenings were so peaceful.

Peter's place was immaculate, views were perfection, and everything we needed for a fun beach day was already there! Contrary to other reviews we had beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and beach/pool toys! The condo is spacious and the kitchen itself has everything you need as well. Our bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner/soap and lotion if needed and there are PLENTY of towels. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens were soft too. Great added touches! We didnt need these items but noticed there was a high chair and a pack n play in the closet along with extra linens and things needed. There was also laundry detergent and dryer sheets if you wanted to keep up with laundry which was very helpful. We really enjoyed the views and our stay here and can't wait to return!

The main area of the unit was updated, had nice appliances, well-stocked kitchen for cooking basic meals, FAST and NEW washer and dryeR (an anomaly in beach units in my opinion). Super easy walk to the beach and unit has plenty of beach towels, as well as some chairs and an umbrella in good working order. I appreciated that they supplied lots of bath towels so you didn’t haven’t to wash them daily. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Kristin’s condo. The place was very clean and tidy, tastefully decorated, and well equipped with everything you need for a home-away-from home beach getaway. The beach gear provided (towels, chairs, umbrella, floatation devices, and buggy) was so appreciated and made a huge difference for our daily saunter to the beach. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. The condo had a lovely balcony overlooking the marina. It was great being able to see both the sunrise from the balcony and the sunset at the beach every day. Kristin was quick to respond to inquiries and provided incredibly helpful information. We would highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!!
