Die Einfachheit der Architektur laden zur Gemütlichkeit ein, die imposante Sicht aus dem riesigen Fenster in die Wälder und Bergwelten zaubert Erholung. Trin ist idyllisch und ruhig und doch extrem nah am Ski-/Wander-/Bike- und Klettergebiet an Bergseen und Welterbe (7 min nach Flims, 10 min nach Laax). Zum Hauptort Chur sind es 15 min.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Schöne Wohnung im Erdgeschoss in altem Bauernhaus. Zentral gelegen. Drei Schlaf- und ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche und ein Bad vorhanden. Holzfeuerung. Im Winter Skitouren, Schlittschuh laufen, Schlitteln, Langlaufen, Skifahren, Snowboarden. Im Sommer Wanderungen, Biken, Bouldern in den Magic Woods und Wildbeobachtungen. Ganzjährig locken Gleitschirmflüge und das Mineralbad Andeer. Produkte sind im Dorf frisch ab Hof erhältlich, Volg im Nachbardorf, Postautohaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus.

Walkers Cottage, Home away from Home

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

cosy apartment in mountain village / Switzerland

Donat is a farmer village with approx. 260 inhabitants. Away from mass tourism but with a long history of hospitality you can meet the locals and their lifestyles and get around by foot, bus or car. The apartment is situated at the entrance of the village and close to the bus stop. If you’re in for a hike or sledging just step out of the door and start walking, the overwhelming nature Naturpark Beverin reveals right in front of you. Skiing-areas: Splügen, Avers, Heinzerberg, (20-45min).

In 2 Gehminuten ist man im Dorfkern und somit beim öffentlichem Verkehr. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der ruhigen Lage mit der direkten, schönen Aussicht auf den Hinterrhein und die Berglandschaft. Meine Unterkunft ist geeignet für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien mit 2 Kindern.

Unsere heimelige und komplett ausgestattete 4.5 Zimmer Ferienwohnung mit 82m2 im Chalet Mehrfamilienhaus befindet sich an zentraler und sonniger Lage oberhalb des Volgs mit herrlichem 180° Bergpanorama. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 1 oder 2 Familien geeignet bis total 6 Personen plus 2 Babies/Kleinkinder. Der Ski Bus hält alle 30 Minuten in unmittelbarer Nähe (250M) und bringt Sie bequem bis zur Talstation. Tiefgaragenplatz, Aussenparkplatz, Spühlmaschine und Feuerstelle sind inklusive.

Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, you can request to rent the apartment below mine as well (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The most common compliment heard among our summer guests is, "This is paradise!". So inviting on a hot summer day, the infinity pool is just outside the door and the pleasant sound of water spilling over the edge is soothing and restful. The quiet, luxuriously green countryside is perfect for short walks to the nearby picturesque villages of Livo and Naro and long walks climbing the beautiful mountainous area we live in.
