Anne has shown the rare caring and consideration that we always would wish in a b&b hostess ...she is the best and that's why we returned again this year because we felt that she treated us as friends and family... there aren't too many people like her ...she is priceless, she is the best of the best, and her home and pets are adorable, and we recommend her highly to anyone who wants to have a truly great b and b experience in London

Justin and Muriel are great host. They contacted us before our trip to make sure they can prepare any additional things we need. They gave us very clear instructions on how to access the house, the equipment in the house and responded to our messages almost immediately. We loved that they had a stocked fridge and pantry and allowed us to use it. The welcome flowers and chocolates were a nice gesture. The house itself is located very close to the underground and right in front of a swan pond giving us breathtaking views. The house was a very spacious for the 5 of us, and had enough equipments, towels, linen for all of us. The AC in the living room provided some respite in the hot summer in London, but I would advise for more fans in the rooms please. Thank you for the great stay.

Super Option, wenn man nach einer günstigen Unterkunft, in ruhiger, schöner Lage sucht! Der Kühlschrank war bestückt mit Milch, Saft und Joghurt, sowie verschiedenen Müslisorten-was ein Service!! Für 100 €/ Nacht habe ich in London nichts vergleichbares gefunden. In das Zentrum braucht man ca. 25 Minuten (zu Fuß + U Bahn (Endhaltestelle VictoriaLine)) und vom Standsted Airport ca. eine Stunde. Daniel ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und wohnt mit seiner Familie im gleichen Haus. Das einzig kleine Manko ist, dass es recht hellhörig ist. Ist letztendlich aber auch in vielen Hotels der Fall. Wenn man einen leichten schlaf hat, wie ich ist mit Ohropax alles in Ordnung. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt! :)

We had a lovely few days at this great house with lots of space for the family. It is perfectly located near public transport and getting into London and walking into the local town. A fantastic stay!

Melissa’s place was amazing, so clean! Great location, only 10min walk to the Elizabeth line and plenty of stores around. Favorite spot was the coffee shop at the end of the street, Mazing Bistro Cafe, delicious coffee and super friendly staff. We will be back to Melissa’s next year!

We had a wonderful stay at Ruth and John's home ! Our room was really comfortable and we slept really well, The house is really close to the train station, making the trip to the city center about 15-20 minutes long, And last but not least, Ruth and John were marvelous hosts, my sister will remember her 2025 birthday all her life ! Thank you again :)

It’s safe to say that this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had to date. It’s so nice when a host is responsive, but it’s even better when they are friendly, hospitable, and kind. Maxine has an amazing place to stay, and it’s especially a perfect place for those visiting a friend, or family member at goldsmiths university. Although the location is far from most areas in London, it’s not a problem using public transportation to get back at night. Along with the place being very nice, it has ample hot water and a great main bathroom, a nice living room, and one of the most comfortable beds. Along with all this good, Maxine also has fitted the bathroom with her own bath products, that include a great smelling shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. I highly recommend this stay, for its cost, comfort, and amazing host, if you visit London.

The place is great! Very clean, all the amenities you need, not too far from multiple transport options (bus stop is less than a minute away). The area is new and has a clean feel, though kind of empty (which means usually quiet, which is good). Only one minor thing: The flat is on the first floor and there are people in the outside areas a lot, so curtains will usually be closed. Also there is a small amount of noise at night from young people just outside. It's not a lot and can be slept through easily, but be aware of it.

Just completed an enjoyable stay for the London Marathon. Perfect location for walking to the start and opposite Greenwich train/DLR station to easily access the sights of London. Personal check in from Davey was excellent, showing us around the property and offering local knowledge for restaurants, shops and local activities. Comfortable property in a quiet location which met all the families needs.

Mathilde's place was a balm for the soul. Wonderfully furnished and organized (she has a great taste), clean, with train station just a short walk away and overall always a delight and a relief to come back to after a lively day. Mathilde was a great host, too, ready at hand on the occasions we needed it. One can wish to have a reason to stay there again.

We had a great stay at Tamila's home! The bed was super comfortable and it was really lovely to read a book in the garden while drinking the high quality tea and coffee available. Over time we also learned that there are multiple "shortcuts" to arrive at the place (on foot), such that we could easily reach different parts of the town away from the main road. The apartment is just like described - no surprises there. Everything is clean, and the breakfast provided had high quality products and fruit. Tamila has been helpful and flexible, we arrived a bit earlier than scheduled yet it was no problem for letting us checking in earlier. Highly recommend!

Our go-to place in London! This is our third visit, and it never disappoints. The hosts are the best—kind, welcoming, and truly make you feel at home. Their house is conveniently located, just a short walk from public transport. You can catch a bus right at the door or walk just five minutes to the train/tram station. In just 25 minutes, you’re in Central London, enjoying the city’s top attractions while still experiencing the charming, family-friendly vibe of the neighborhood. Em’s Kitchen serves the best English breakfast, and you’ll find fantastic local restaurants, markets, and shops all within walking distance.

Merci à Jane pour son accueil, sa réactivité et sa gentillesse. nous nous sommes trouvés bien chez elle, au calme après le tumulte de Londres. Le métro à 5 min à pied est un super moyen pour se déplacer rapidement au centre de la mégalopole.

A casa da Mônica é uma gracinha, em um bairro tradicional, longe do agito. um ambiente muito aconchegante e calmo, perfeito para descansar. A cama é muito confortável, os itens de higiene disponíveis e cozinha acessível. Além disso, a Mônica e muito simpática, e o Charlie um fofo. Minha experiência foi ótima
