The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

The studio is located on the first floor, has its own private entrance, and is completely separate from our living area, except for the shared staircase. We place great value on sustainability – our home is heated with geothermal energy and we generate our electricity with a solar PVsystem. Experience the special feeling of starting your day with a clear conscience. Right next to the main entrance, there is a free parking space available.

Die Wohnung Loghomespace befindet sich im unteren Stock des Hauses. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man für einen Aufenthalt in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Das Blockhaus steht auf dem Haselbachhof welcher von unserer Familie in der 3ten Generation geführt wird. Die Region wird auch Mostindien genannt, wegen den vielen Apfelbäumen. 450 Bäume sind es auf dem Haselbachhof, dazu kommen 40 Milchkühe, 10 Angus Mutterkühe, 10 Pferde ein paar Schafe, Katzen und Hunde.

Dank der zentralen Lage erreichst du das Stadtzentrum in wenigen Minuten und in ca. 15 Minuten bist du am schönen Bodensee. Die Wohnung ist hell und bequem eingerichtet mit moderner Dusche und Küche sodass deiner Erholung nichts im Wege steht. This apartment is located above the wineyards of Nussbaumen, Thurgau in Switzerland. The apartment is modernised and furnitured with valuable old furniture dating back to the 18th and 19th century. Looking further downward the wineyards you will see the small lake of Nussbaumen, and further on, on clear days, you will see the the peaks of the alps from Säntis until the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau which are nearly 200 km away.

Private bedroom in Souterrain (semi-basement) with private bathroom. No kitchen! We do not offer cooking facilities, nor do we install temporary kitchens, it is not possible to prepare food in the room. Only the laundry room is shared. Perfect location. Less than 100m away from: Train station, bus stop, Fachhochschule, Lokremise (cultural center), Cafeteria Gleis 8, shopping facilities, Cityparking Parkhaus.

Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein grosses Schlafsofa für zwei Personen. Das moderne Studio wird durch einen grossen Sitzplatz Richtung Süden und einem privaten Balkon Richtung See abgerundet. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und bietet viel Privatsphäre.
