Summer months are booked early by guests who love our peaceful water views and access to their private dock, kayaks & bicycles. Our winter months welcome guests looking to experience snowy pines and easy access to Mt Bachelor's powdery slopes and surrounding trails. Summer or winter guests celebrate our pristine hot tub, morning to evening.

Studio apt. No shared walls. 7-min drive from the Village at Sunriver on S Century, 20 mins to Bend. Close to the Deschutes river. SUPs (2), kayaks (2), floats, rafts and bikes (2 adult and 2 kid), snowshoes (4 pairs). Pepper is a golden/boxer mix who loves kids and dogs. 25-mins to skiing at Mt. Bachelor. Private marina access in Oregon Water Wonderland. Pet friendly (no fee), fenced, hot tub, fire pit, horse shoes, putt putt, disc golf, movie theatre/golf sim (game room) upon req.

The cabin is conveniently located just 30 minutes from Bend and 8 minutes from La Pine State Park. The 4 bed (2 separate bedrooms and one sleep/lounge area) and 1 bathroom cabin + secluded and fully fenced outside area offers a cozy gathering place close to some of Oregons most beautiful destinations (i.e. Smith Rock State Park, Mount Bachelor,...).

Bachelor, 30 minutes to Downtown Bend, 10 minute walk to the Deschutes River, golfing, fishing, hiking, shopping, mountain biking, all a short drive. Perfect for a peaceful, private get away! Great for a single, couple, up to 4 people + children & pets. Located in the woods in Bend, 10 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from stores, dining, and 35 minutes from Mt. Bachelor. Ample parking and a private entrance so you can come and go as you please. A large yard space for animals. We are easy going, flexible hosts. If you have a special request, we will do our best to accommodate your individual needs if possible.

Experience Bend to the fullest! Adventure is just outside your door with only a few traffic circles between you and the mountains. All of the best eats, drinks, and shopping are within a few miles, and you can store all of your gear in your private garage while you spend time in town. Our home is not suitable for pets or emotional support animals. ESA animals are not considered service animals by AirBnb or the State of Oregon. Please respect this rule.
