We have a pool; The POOL is a SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. It is shared with Owner. Enjoy a smoke free cottage. Ashtrays are provided outside for those guest that do smoke. We provide a queen size bed and a couch/bed. This space is perfect and comfortable for two guest.Please NO children and NO animals.

This is a gated property with secure parking for campers, boats, trailers, etc. The studio is totally renovated with the highest quality of materials. Fruit is available to guests when in season and there is usually something in season during the year. TESLA charging is available at parking area (guest must bring their TESLA charging cable). The second room serves as a small living room and offers a full-sized sofa bed. The efficiency also has several amenities including WiFi and cable TV. The listing is located in southwest Miami in a region called Kendall, about 25 minutes from Miami International Airport. We are close to Florida's Turnpike for rapid transit to get to several great destinations.
