We have always been inspired by Tiny houses so we created our own compact bijou, a warm open space building that can sustain a 2 meter foot print set in the grounds of our country cottage. The accommodation is finished to a high standard and is completely new inside & out with light soft furnishings and a contemporary floral design bed linen to help you relax and enjoy a good night's sleep.

One of our two boats we have to offer this is a lovely yacht with amazing views, Marina location sleeps 4, perfect place for those get togethers, or just to chill. Amazingly warm and cosy, with heating, Everything you need for a few days away, with a coffee machine, TV, fireplace, 2 x bathrooms,hot shower, 1 x double, 2 x single, washing machine, fridge and freezer, Free on site parking. The Old Stables. Detached and full of character

On the Suffolk Essex border surrounded by fields, trees, and plenty of wildlife lies our old late 18th century stable building. Just 5 minutes off the A12 and you are in a different world. We live in the thatched Farm Cottage, the oldest part dating back to the 15th century and the stable is situated at the end of the drive. Excellent location for cycling (on the National Cycle Route 1), or visiting Jimmys Farm just 4.9 miles up the road. Walking is a must or just relax and unwind!
