If you are lucky you might spot deer or the local heron. Suite includes Wi-Fi, bring your screened device. Pets require approval prior to booking.

If you are lucky you will see the neighbourhood fox. Walk to 4 restaurants…and the Gelato store. Our oasis is located in a peaceful neighbourhood located minutes to downtown St. Catharines. We are a 5 min drive to the 406, 20 min drive to Niagara Falls and 10 minutes to QEW. We are located minutes away from Brock University and close to St. Catharines hospital. The Niagara on the lake outlets are a 10 min drive and the Pen Centre shopping mall is 5 min drive. Our guest suite is situated on the homeowners property at the rear of house. The pool is shared use as well as the backyard.

You will have the entire apartment, but please note that I live in the upper level.

Kitchenette includes fridge, double induction cooktop, air fryer/oven combo, microwave, Keurig coffee maker. Bathroom has a double jacuzzi tub with shower head. Private entrance through the backyard. Living area has a 50" TV with Amazon Prime and Disney+ TV.

Quiet place near Niagara Falls

Enjoy the private lower level of our house with a spacious 1600 square foot space including 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a large sitting room with open dining area and a place to prepare food, a large bathroom and sauna. Spend time in the large quiet garden area. Make your meals and snacks in the kitchenette and sit at the dinning table and map out for another day of adventures. (Additionally there are two sleeping cots that can be set up anywhere)

It is an 8-10 minute drive from downtown and the Falls and a very short walk to a bus stop that will take you where you need to go. My goal is to make your stay enjoyable that's why I made sure you have: -Smart TV and free movies -Coffee and snack -board games -Towels -Fully equiped kitchen -Laundry (For a fee)

Close to family activities, park for the children, grocery stores, family friendly restaurants and public transport. Easy access to the highway for all three border crossings.
