Thank you, Saurabh and Snigdha, for the wonderful stay! The place was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. Special thanks to Saurabh for the late-night assistance with the airport cab and for allowing us a smooth self check-in. Everything was well arranged, and we felt right at home. Highly recommended to family and friends!

Stayed for 2 days. Good place to relax and enjoy with family. Property is hardly 100 metres to see and have sea view from bed room, living room and kitchen as well. Staffs are friendly and supportive. One thing to improve is the lift which makes sound while closing and opening. Recommended for someone who wants to relax away from city hustle.

We had Sunset Bay booked for a family get together and it was worth it. Place was spacious, and was maintained clean and hygienic. Manager ensured that checkin was very smooth. Care taker was available all the time. Kitchen was fully equipped with all cutlery, utensils and Glassware in place. It was kind to allow us to use the place for an hour post checkout as one of us had to attend a meeting. Toothpaste was not provided in the toiletries and it was difficult to find a shop for it. Restaurants are available at 5 km from the place. Swiggy is available with most of the restaurants delivering at a 45 minute window. Overall this place is absolutely recommended for a getaway.

What I loved: The property is right by the beach offering breathtaking views and easy access to the shore. Waking up to the sunrise over the water was a highlight of my trip The home was well-equipped with everything I needed – from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy and comfortable furniture. The outdoor seating area was perfect for enjoying the view with my morning coffee. The space was spotless and well-maintained. It was evident the host takes great care of the property. Hospitality: The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing local tips and ensuring I had a seamless stay. Thanks Amrith we truly enjoyed

Ashit thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful done up home. The experience of the house was extremely good. However, not much to do around except the sunsets and walk on the beach. The beach obviously is not safe to swim. But it was a nice quiet getaway and our pet loved it too.

You will feel close to nature. The place is very calm and serene. On one side lies Gurupura river on the other side is Tannirbhavi beach. This property is on the river side. The property is exactly as described. The locality is very safe. People are great here. In the morning you will get a nice sunrise view from the river side. For the sunset you can go to the beach which barely at 500m distance. To commute to the city, the cheap and best way is go by ferry. The ferry dock is at walking distance of about a kilometre. From there boats are available from morning around 7-7:30 AM till 7:30 PM at interval for every 15-20 mins. D'Souza family is very friendly and helpful. They will give you lot of local recommendations. They are great hosts. Would love to stay again in future😊. PS: You will love doing kayaking here.

Anusha’s place felt like home. Every room has air conditioning, and the space was exceptionally clean. She was very friendly and responsive. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the utensils needed for cooking.

Excellent place to stay with family and friends. Little away from city hustle but at the same time all your needs will be available at a walkable distance. Perfect for family stay specifically if you have infants, toddlers.

Amazing place to stay at. We had no problems whatsoever when it came to amenities and cleanliness. Not only that, but it’s literally next to the main road and beaches are nearby. You can also definitely watch the beach from the balcony which is a nice touch. The location was pretty much in a good spot to visit places like Mulki, Mangalore and Udupi. Thankyou so much to the host for the hospitality.
