Sleeping up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children, this cottage has everything you need for a memorable experience.To the side is Morgan Cottage that can sleep unto 6 adults.

Situated on our working farm on the edge of the village of Thixendale, the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds, surrounded by stunning landscapes in a peaceful, rural setting. Visit the wonderful market town of Malton, or historic York as well as some beautiful country houses, or simply rest and relax. There is an abundance of food producers and restaurants in the locality for you to explore.

Recently converted, the Owlery is the perfect self-catered rural escape for couples. With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. You're the only cabin on the lake. No other guests. No neighbours. Just you, woodland, and water. You'll arrive to find the lakeside sauna and copper bath on the deck and secret nooks around the edge of the woods where you can watch the sunset and the stars in front of the fire pit. Hidden near to the Howardian Hills and Yorkshire Wolds, Kingfisher Cabin @ Kingfisher and Yew is a Yorkshire Post Tourism Awards finalist and featured in Living North's top retreats.

Seaways Glamping, Cedar

Cedar is an en suite glamping cabin. It is beautifully finished through out. Inside it has a double bed, a pull out single bed, a small kitchen with microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. The en suite consists of a shower, toilet and sink. It has gas central heating and is very well insulated. There are other unique huts on site as well. Also a barbecue hut, shared kitchen, showers and toilets for anyone not staying in an en suite hut.
