There is a full-size Pool table, air hockey table and table tennis table indoors and a separate table tennis table outside. The home has everything you need, from a bread maker to a food processor. There are terraces back and front of the house, with an outdoor table to seat 10

La maison vous permettra de profiter des spectacles de rue tous les soirs en juillet et en août, de visites guidées du centre ville et d'un marché le mercredi et le samedi matin. Le centre ville historique est à 100 mètres avec ses restaurants et son ambiance typique. Fête de la truffe en janvier, Fest'oie en mars, le festival des arts en folie en mai, marché de Noël en décembre; Sarlat est une ville dynamique toute l'année.

Charming wing in French Country House

We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Le Pigeonnier

Le Pigeonnier is located very centrally to the heart of the beautiful village of Brantome en Périgord. It’s a two minute walk to the centre of the village yet is so tranquil and quiet located up a dead end lane. Guests have access to a pool located in the owner’s garden and it benefits from private parking. Whilst the property is attached to the owners house it has its own entrance and complete privacy. It has a beautiful outdoor terrace and a stunning sun deck with views of the ancient Abbey.

The light open plan living area has views over the garden and is fully equipped for all year round use. Whether it’s reading a book in one of the relaxing armchairs whilst enjoying the fire in the colder evenings, or enjoying a coffee on the private patio in the sun; the sunsets and stars are incredible. Entièrement rénové début 2022, le gîte peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes et est idéalement situé à quelques minutes seulement du centre historique et des commerces dans un environnement calme et verdoyant. Le gîte est sur notre propriété, mais est totalement indépendant de notre maison.
