This homestay is for those who have time and want to enjoy a slow life, experience spacious living, and relax in the rooftop garden with a hot tub within walking distance of the beach. This 2BHK home is on the 1st floor and equipped with modern facilities. Each bedroom has attached private bathroom access. Bedroom 1 has a bathtub while Bedroom 2 has a a spacious shower area. Bedroom 2 has more storage capacity, a dedicated workspace and access to a balcony, accessible via the living room also.

Just off the ECR Road on the beach side, located in a safe gated community, life feels easy - barefoot in the grass, cool morning air & the beach a 3 minutes walk away. The house moves with you: books to read, games to play, meals to share. Children love the space & solo travellers feel safe. The villa & the garden are also quite spacious with 3 washrooms & enough space for 7 adults to comfortably sleep in. There is also plenty to do nearby, with heritage sites & many eateries close at hand.

The earthen hut

The earthen hut, located amidst the cashew orchard, is a unique pioneer-style hut made of wood, mud, and coconut leaves, using completely sustainable materials. It features a curated open-hut design surrounded by lush greenery, offering guests a unique living experience. The hut includes a kitchen, a separate standalone bathroom, and a pebble-paved patio with seating areas for enjoying coffee! The best corner is the balcony, which offers the guest to witness the sunset, sunrise and stargazing.

THE BEACH IS UNSPOILED AND PERFECT FOR TAKING LONG WALKS AND DIPPING YOUR FEET (NOT RECOMMENDED FOR SWIMMING, THOUGH). BUILT IN A CORNER OF OUR PROPERTY, THE COTTAGE IS THE PERFECT PLACE TO UNWIND THERE IS SPACE FOR PARKING A SINGLE VEHICLE. WE ALSO HAVE IN HOUSE SECURITY.
