Notre ancienne exploitation agricole, reconvertie en maison de charme entourée d’un grand jardin à l’anglaise comprenant un étang, est située à côté d’un joli ruisseau jouxtant des prairies où paissent chevaux et vaches, à quelques encablures du bourg. Notre propriété plaît autant aux voyageurs désireux de découvrir la région qu’aux femmes et hommes d’affaires qui y trouvent quiétude et sérénité. Biévène ( Bever) est située non loin des villes plaisantes d’Enghien, de Lessines et de Grammont.

Nichée au cœur des vignes notre maison est située dans le village de Courmas dans le parc Naturel de la montagne de Reims à 13km de Reims. Nous sommes labellisés 3 épis Gite de France. Dans notre gite tout est compris les serviettes le linge de lit et serviettes . Notre gite a un accès indépendant de notre maison et un parking fermé et gratuit ou une place de parking devant le gîte. Pour toutes balades à vélos électriques n’hésitez Pas à nous consulter car ceci est sur réservation .

We warmly welcome you to our tiny house where it is all about nature, comfort and a perfect gateway to unplug from city life. You can sit in the terrace and enjoy the sounds of birds, our lovely pets walking in front of the house. Our house is fully equipped with a queen size bed with amazing sunset views, a nice double person bath looking over our garden, a fully equipped kitchen. We are located very close to Bruges and to the coast with a lot of places to walk around in pure nature.

Chaumière et prairie

It's a very quiet place, close to nature, in the middle of the "Monts des Flandres". Rest, hiking or sightseeing : everyone will find it's own. Near Belgium : Ypres (WW1 commemorations) at 30 min. La maison est au cœur de la nature : au milieu d'une prairie, tout près des grands arbres et d'un point d'eau. Un endroit paisible, reposant. Une base idéale de randonnées ou vers des sites plus touristiques . Sur demande, petit-déjeuner : 13 euros/personne.
