Karydia huis is gelegen in het dorp Artemisio aan de noordkust van Evia, 2 km vanaf het strand bij Pefki. Dit huis heeft een unieke authentieke sfeer. Het oude gerenoveerde deel van het huis bestaat sinds 100 jaar. Samen met het moderne deel is een prachtig vakantiehuis gevormd met alle moderne faciliteiten. Het huis is o.a. geschikt voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen. Met uitzondering van twee stappen is alles op één niveau en toegankelijk voor gasten met mobiliteitsbeperkingen.

The residence is a renovated flat with a size of 100 sqm. It is found on the upper floor of our vacation home in the coastal settlement of Marathos in Magnesia, about 10 km from the city of Volos and just 100-150m from the nearest beach. It has got a panoramic view of the entire Pagasetic Gulf. The residence can accommodate one or more families or groups of 2-6 people. All the bedrooms are sunny, have a scenic view of the sea .

From the spacious garden the door leads into the generous open plan living area with several comfortable couches. The kitchen is fully fitted with integrated units, hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. The bedroom is also well stylish, with double bed and exit to the back garden area. Outside there is plenty of space for sunbathing or relaxing, with a pretty garden with small trees and flowers.
