You will have 2 bedrooms, private bath and a large lounge with cable TV and WI-FI. Lounge has a refrigerator, electric skillet, microwave, coffee pot and table and chairs. Home is close to Walmart, Aldie's and Publix. Fast food restaurants, Mcdonald's, Taco Bell, Pizza and Wendy's are also nearby.

Hi everybody! Our kind of unique home is nice to come & take a good time out off town in peace but close to. Close to a lot of lakes to fish, take a walk, take a ride horse, see country with cows, chicken, goats, etc. Plenty of festivals. Close to Orlando, Daytona Beach, Ocala, Golf of Mexico, etc. We have a nice place to make bbq, etc, if you decide go no where, you can enjoy here Pls: we’re peaceful people: we like the same from our guests. No aggresivity. No offensive vocabulary. Thanks!

Fiona & I bought our new home in The Villages, Sept 2020. We were successful Airbnb hosts in our prior home since 2017. We are "young" retirees after long careers in aerospace & health care. We absolutely LOVE being hosts & meeting different people. During your stay we will make you very comfortable. We offer complimentary breakfast; tea, coffee, toast, cereal, milk etc. We can get you a guest ID if you plan on using the amenities.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Tons of parking for trailers, boats, motorcycles, etc. almost an acre! Private huge yard with fire pit and grill. Borders the villages ( Spanish Springs town center couple minutes away! Brand new interior of the home and cozy/comfy for all….

Please note: no children under 12 years of age allowed. This room is 10' X 10'with your large private bathroom one door down. The bathroom leads outside to your screened-in swimming pool, tiki bar, lanai table/chairs and a small outside refrigerator/freezer for your use. The room has a Queen size, Tempur-Pedic bed with ergo system. ( PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT! )

Lake view home in quiet neighborhood. Clean. We live here and are renting our extra bedroom and bathroom. This is not for the entire home. You are welcome to share the home😊 Breakfast is tea or coffee and cereal or bagels if requested. You may use our kitchen for meals too. Where approximately 36 minutes to the world equestrian center.
