Gloria and Moritz were excellent hosts. They answered questions promptly and were on top of everything. The apartment’s location was excellent. Very clean and had everything we needed.

Fantastisk oplevelse i hjertet af Dubai! Min tid i lejligheden på 52. etage har været intet mindre end en drøm. Udsigten over byen er helt utrolig – både dag og nat – og giver virkelig følelsen af at bo midt i det hele. Lejligheden er moderne, stilfuld og har alt, man behøver for et komfortabelt ophold. Poolområdet er lækkert og velholdt, perfekt til afslapning, og serviceniveauet i bygningen er virkelig i top. Personalet er venligt og hjælpsomt, og man føler sig virkelig velkommen og godt behandlet. Alt i alt en skøn oplevelse, jeg varmt kan anbefale!

- I had an absolutely amazing time at Patrick’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations.The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt just like home,even better in person than in the photos.The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed. Also, I have never seen that many toiletries, towels at any other AirBNB and it made our stay so comfortable. WiFi was just flying (the speed is incredible). - The location couldn’t be better, no car road noise, no mosque nearby (so you can't hear prayers at 4am) but 2 minutes away from the beach, wonderful JBR area, great cafes, restaurants,and public transport.I especially loved the view from the bedroom on the wheel and the sea where I had my coffee from Nespresso machine. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, stylish, relaxing and PERFECTLY located place to stay.Thank you so much, for making my trip so special!

We had an amazing stay, great location, great host/ communication was amazing super clean, quiet, bright and just a all round 10/10 stay. Highly recommend for anyone coming to visit, location is amazing!! Thank you so much we will definitely come and stay again soon!!

Highest infinity Pool downtown

Unser Aufenthalt im Paramount Hotel in Dubai war einfach top! Die Lage ist zentral, nur 650 m von der Metrostation Business Bay entfernt, mit Supermärkten und einer Moschee in der Nähe – ideal für Familien. Wir waren zwei Familien mit zehn Personen und die Wohnung war super ausgestattet: bequeme Betten, zwei Balkone mit Meerblick und genug Platz für alle. Das Highlight war der Infinity Pool im 64. Stock – atemberaubend! Trotz weniger Liegestühle war die Wartezeit kurz. Die drei Aufzüge funktionierten einwandfrei. Das Hotelrestaurant war preislich in Ordnung, besonders der Kellner Sipi war sehr freundlich. Nur die Portionen könnten grösser sein. Ein grosses Lob auch an den Anbieter Majestic – immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem: eine traumhafte Woche, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

I stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. The apartment is well-finished, spacious, and has high ceilings, which makes it feel even more comfortable. The building itself is in great condition, and there’s even a market downstairs, which is super convenient. If you have a car, the location is definitely worth it. Overall, highly recommended!

I will definitely come back to this house. We came as a group of 13ppl, we all enjoyed and had enough space. We stayed 5 nights, the cleaners came 2 day out of the 5 which we felt was just enough. Riz was available to assist with our Request and queries. i asked for a BBQ the next morning it was all set up ready to go. Safe neighbourhood. Just Amazing. Everyone in the Group were happy. Thanks to the Host and Riz

Both my wife and I stayed in this apartment. The location was superb and it gives access to all the sites of the city. During our stay Amira was brilliant checking in with us regularly and very responsive when we had questions. We would stay at this property again.

We rented for two families with kids an nobody was disappointed. The apartment is large, well equipped and in a great location. We thank May, our host for being so helpful and nice. The kids loved the Easter sweets that you sent to us and we appreciate your kind gesture. I wish we could have stayed a little longer 😊

I am a marvel at the serenity and beauty of this apartment. It wowed us. It’s was such a short stay of 2 nights and honestly I felt like extending my stay but my airline ticket was fixed. It’s was so clean and spotless. Host was precise and very nice. He kept checking on us and made sure we felt at home. The view was a die for. The apartment is so generous with space and I will definitely be visiting back soon. I am Addicted to the apartment
