Outside is your own patio with sitting area, dining table with umbrella, BBQ and my own tiny cottage “Bouy Cottage” is across the lawn so I (or other guests may be there in May-Sept. Full apartment with full bathroom 10 minutes to all Hampton towns. Quiet property Walking distance to free SUP boards and canoes and only 2 minute drive to a dog friendly beaches. Extra bedroom is a Cabin in the middle of the property and was a recording studio, now has queen bed, wifi, fridge, micro wave, heat and AC, TV and DVD player but no bathroom. You have your own parking spots, entrance and outdoor dining area and outdoor shower.

Private and peaceful cottage walking distance to Breakwater Beach and Old Mill Inn Restaurant on the water opening Spring 2025. There are two large decks to relax by the firepit and drink your wine from the local wineries. Bikes, kayak, and paddle board are stored in the barn for guests use. Easy access to the marina, fishing, fine dining, vineyards, and farm stands.

Sag Harbor Village Waterfront Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This waterfront Sag Harbor cottage is on a quiet street but walking distance to downtown. It's filled with beach life charm and offers the best sunsets in town sitting on the screened in porch, or on the dock benches.
