We stayed here for a few days. Just a family of 3, so we had loads of space. Check-in was easy and the place was as described on the listing. We loved the location because it was easy to walk into downtown Ottawa or grab a short Uber ride there. Near downtown but far enough so it was much more of a residential neighborhood. Close to the University which is great if you have kids there or wanting to tour campus. Could see families out for walks and students on the way to the University. The living room and dining area were perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. Very pleased. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing spacious home. Mazba's place looks way better and is larger in reality than it looks in the pictures. Our host was also amazing and responsive. Great value for the price too. Overall a 5star experience.

We were a masters xc ski team in for some races and the House and Host were amazing. The house was cozy; they had the fire going for our arrival and the kitchen was set up to cook for our large group. The host was very attentive to help us get to where we needed to go during the snow storm, digging us out every day. The house had a wonderful character about it and made us all feel comfortably at home. We will rent this place again for our next trip/race to the area.

Had a great stay! The place was clean , well-maintained, and exactly as described. Check-in was seamless with clear instructions and easy access. The EV charger was a big plus and convenient for our trip. Hana was a proactive and thoughtful host; she let us know ahead of time about a small issue with the faucet spraying, which we really appreciated.

The home looked exactly like the pictures and was very well maintained, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet yet was a 2mins drive to restaurants and the shopping plaza..I do an annual trip to Ottawa and for sure will book this place..Highly Recommended for anyone traveling with a family or group.

My husband and I spent the most peaceful three nights at Nancy's beautiful property. A highlight for us was a day spent barbequing, playing games, and storm watching from the enclosed lower level of the boathouse. The home is so cozy. Throw blankets are scattered throughout, and there are many places to curl up with a glass of wine and a book. The Wi-Fi signal worked seamlessly while we were there. There is excellent water pressure and plenty of very hot water. The ovens definitely perform better than ours at home. Be sure to keep an eye on your baking and don't burn your croissants like I did—twice! Le Nordik is conveniently located a short drive away for massages and hot tubbing. We just loved everything about our stay and look forward to returning.

if your ever out in Carleton place they all say the Mississippi dripped off of Big Joe's face and also Scott has the best airbnb in the area! had a wonderful stay. went to Ottawa for the hockey playoffs and I had car trouble, Scott allowed me to use his truck since I had car trouble! absolutely above and beyond in all aspects. so generous and so thankful I stayed here. hot tub was so relaxing, and the loft style home is great for all -kids, guys, girls but is a gamers paradise especially if you grew up in the 80s and 90s! don't look further than Scotts place in Carleton place! I felt like family! 😆😊 incredibly thankful for Scott's generosity and I will be back anytime I'm out that way. This host and place shatters the 5 star scale just too bad we didn't win the game or would of been the perfect getaway. cheers Scott! you are the man!

Our family complely enjoyed Erin's generously sized house. The indoor pool was one of the amenities that really drew us, and it didnt disappoint! Beautiful, warm, clean and the entire pool area was welcoming and comfortable. Besides that there are so many other activites; these are shown accurately in the photos. The adults enjoyed the pool table area very much in the evenings. Though we never got to using the home theatre, it was a very unique and appealing space. In general all was in good repair in this home. We loved the comfy beds and pristine linen. The kitchen was well thought out and very organized, with plenty of pots, dishes, glasses soap etc. This was a great locating to bring the family together. We would love to return again!

We absolutely loved staying here! Such a beautiful cozy home with lots to do in the area. The host was wonderful, very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back again.

This is a custom house with a very unique layout with direct riverfront access in a private neighbourhood. 5 beds (I believe 3 kings 2 queens), two dining areas, large kitchen and a centralized living space. Games room (pool, table tennis) above the double garage with parking for multiple vehicles (easily 5) on two separate driveways. Large sauna in the basement (it gets quite hot), and a very clean (and comfortable) hot tub on the first floor facing the river. We had a group of 7 and had no issues stretching out after a ski trip. Sound insulation of the house is excellent. Heated floors available in all the bathrooms and what appears to be most of the house. Two of the bedrooms did not have window shades. Dr. Brown was very accommodating with a later checkout time, and is very easy to talk to. This is a very unique airbnb experience.

It was a wonderful place for a couple, family, or group. The space is big enough for 10 people. We had a very good experience during our stay. I will recommend it to anyone who likes camping in nature.

We really enjoyed staying at Stefanie and Stellar’s place! They were so friendly and responsive and the unit was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. It was also in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood while still being easy to get downtown. I hope to have another opportunity to stay here in the future! Leah

Magnifique maison, Arian est tellement accueillant qu’il vous donne envie de revenir dans sa demeure Tout était parfait la maison est trop grande et très bien équipé je vous recommande vivement et aussi il très proches du centre ville contrairement aux autres annonces sur Airbnb j’étais surpris. En bref c’est une très belle maison luxueuse.

Le chalet était parfait! La litterie était au top, le logement super propre. Nous avons apprécié les jeux de société pour grands mais aussi pour nos enfants, l'endroit est paisible et nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer des biches pendant notre barbecue ! Au top!

Had a great stay at Adam's place for a couple of days. Adam was very nice and responsive. The hot tub after a day of snowboarding was a big plus. The fireplace was nice and cozy on a cloudy and rainy day. Overall, it was a great experience and can't wait to be back next season!

3rd or 4th time i have stayed there while in Ottawa on business. Always have great sleeps and enjoy the full kitchen. Great place to stay

Booked for a weekend to rest and it was absolutely perfect, I had a lovely stay. Pam is warm, friendly and really welcoming. The place was spotless, really clean, calm and comfortable. I had a pleasant gateaway, highly recommend , I will rebook for sure !
