A 2 bedroom unit right on the water. Just cross the road to the stairs that lead down to the water for fishing, swimming and easy access to the surf beach around the corner. A very easy 5-minute walk along the channel to The Entrance town center, with restaurants, bars, kids rides, markets. 5-minute walk on the upper side will see you at the Coles supermarket and Sunday markets. Perfectly positioned. WiFi and Netflix provided for free and a reverse cycle aircon to the living / bedroom areas.

The cafe at Toowoon Bay surf club has the best views on the Central Coast. Toowoon Bay village is a short walk with cafes, restaurants and general store. Just perfect for a weekend or longer stay.
