The apartment is absolutely clean and tidy. It was a comfortable stay in Ms Ngoc Anh's place. She is friendly and kindly guide me to check in. Everything was smooth. Highly recommend and will come back!

The stay was overall great, and the host was very responsive, making sure we were well-settled. The property has 4 bedrooms—2 with attached bathrooms—and 3 additional bathrooms outside the rooms, which was convenient for a group. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight is definitely the location—right in front of the lake, offering a serene and picturesque setting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

A lovely apartment near Dai con, gorgeous views from the balcony, nice spacious room with a clean bathroom and a kitchen. Ngo was also very sweet and helpful when checking in and out. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi

Great place to stay amidst the hustle and bustle of the old quarter of Hanoi. We did hear a bit of construction sound during the day time while in the suite but the evenings were pretty quiet despite the busy area. Comfortable bed. Responsive host. Easy stay all around!

Vesper’s place is right in the heart of the Old quarters. For first time visitors to Hanoi, this place offers the best launch pad to explore the surroundings. Location : There are tons of shopping , food and sight seeing options. Everything is walkable. The best part is you can just walk around , shop and then go to the room to take a short break before setting off out again in the evening. It doesnt get better than this. Room : The beds are comfortable and the living space is cosy enough for 4 adults to sit and chill. Most important for me was that the AC worked really well & the bathroom water pressure was just right to relax a nice shower after a long day Host : Vesper is kind, friendly and gave us a lot of flexibility around our check in times and accommodating a friend last moment. She was quick to respond and help us with directions and other helpful tips. Verdict : 12/10 will recommend to stay here for your Hanoi sojourn

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a smooth stay. The location couldn’t be better….super convenient for exploring the city, with plenty of cafes, shops, and sights within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

We visited vietnam for 12 days and this was our favorite stay of the entire trip! I visited Hanoi with my family and this place felt like home. There was always someone available to us at all times. The location is at old quaters which was very convenient. The house in itself is so pretty and Pinteresty, we loved it. Huyen, was available on phone/text and responded in seconds, disregard of what our query was. We even got some souvenirs from her as a gift. Even the cleaning lady was so sweet, she did not speak English but whenever she saw us, she smiled and said bye- like at all times! :) Overall our stay was amazing, place is clean, exactly like in the pictures, very beautiful, the hosts are also very friendly, English speaking and helpful. Do not miss this place in Hanoi.

Un logement très lumineux dans un quartier authentique, et un immeuble calme. Des produits (notamment fruits et légumes) frais, des petits restaurants (pho et banh mi) . Des habitants accueillants. Un lac à 100 m pour se promener. Si je reviens à Hanoï ce sera dans ce quartier assurément ! Une Hôte ( Nguyen) très gentille, serviable. Merci pour tout .

I had a wonderful stay at this charming Airbnb located just steps away from Hoan Kiem Lake! The location couldn't be more perfect — right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, surrounded by delicious food, vibrant cafes, and local shops. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a cozy retreat from the bustling city outside. I especially loved the small balcony where I could enjoy my morning coffee while watching the city wake up. Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches like local guidebooks, complimentary tea, and fast Wi-Fi. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi — whether you're here for sightseeing, food adventures, or simply soaking in the culture. I will definitely come back next time!

This was a great stay in Tay Ho. it was clean and easy to travel to. The Host was easy to communicate with and had clear instructions for checking in and out. Would highly recommend.

The apartment is beautiful, very clean and just like the picture. The building is near Lotte West Lake. The host is friendly and attentive. She guided me to the supermarket and gym nearby. I will come back again.

Nice city view! The best thing is its prime location - supermarket and coffee shop downstairs, near to everything. Compared to the apartments in Ba Dinh district, its price is more reasonable.. Nhà của Luka thật tuyệt vời. Tôi đã ở đó nhiều hơn 1 lần và lần nào tôi cũng thấy hài lòng. Luka là chủ nhà rất dễ mến. Ngoài ra anh ấy còn giúp đỡ tôi rất nhiều trong khi sử dụng căn hộ. 10 điểm cho Luka và nhà của anh ấy.

This is a great large studio apartment in Smart City, plenty big enough for 2. Fully furnished, stylish with a good view towards the city. There are loads of shops and local restaurants around the area. It is easy to get the building by internal Vin free bus - the stop is opposite with Vincom Mega Mall run frequently. Busses from there to the Old Quarter take 40 minutes depending on the time of day. The apartment, is clean, modern and has everything you need for a short stay.

This place was clean, spacious and the view of Hanoi from the balcony was absolutely stunning. The hosts were responsive whenever we had questions as well. Highly recommend!
