We invite you to come and enjoy a tranquil break in the heart of nature, brimming with native wildlife. Sit on the covered veranda and experience serenity or wander down to the crystal clear flowing river with swimming hole.

Wilderness Cottage Macleay Valley - Dog Friendly

Valley Views Cottage is a fairly remote location 45 minutes from town nestled in a secret valley. Here you can experience the best of the Australian Outdoors with all the comforts of home. The cottage is creatively decorated with modern necessities and privacy guaranteed including a large fully fenced garden with dogs welcome. Adventure on your doorstep, explore the pristine creek and nearby waterholes, with walks and short drives a plenty and a serene waterfall in the nearby nature reserve.

Highlands Lodge

Highlands Lodge is a magnificent stone and timber chalet nestled amongst 150 year old deciduous English Elm and many other European Trees. It is beautiful year round but particularly in Autumn. Located at Black Mountain (approx. half way between Sydney and Brisbane) in the heart of the beautiful New England Region, it is only 25 minutes north of Armidale and 10 minutes south of Guyra. Set on a working Sheep and Cattle property, Highlands Lodge is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Unique solar house, Self contained Flat,Pet lovers

Self contained accommodation on native bush equestrian property. Built in 2014 from Kingspan insulating panels this house is a showcase for solar passive design; warm in winter, cool in summer. We run a professional equestrian business on site with the Flat for guests. Separate entrance, on site parking, 1 bedroom with queen bed, living room with TV, free wifi, bathroom, full kitchen in a beautiful rural setting but only 2km to Uralla with food, shops and pubs. Dunroamin is a peaceful 2 bedroom house 12 kms from the centre of Armidale with plenty of room for the kids to move. The space Neat & tidy 2 bedroom house that can sleep up to 6 people (on request). Only minutes away from the Armidale pine forest which has plenty of mountain bike & walking tracks. Or you can choose to sit and relax and watch the local wildlife at Dunroamin. Self-contained mountain top cabin with incredible views over the Bellinger Valley and beyond. The cabin is newly renovated with a kitchen, bathroom and fireplace. It comes with a deck for your private use and uninterrupted views of the breathtaking sunset. We will be on hand for any advice or help but you will be left to enjoy your stay. A short drive from the Dorrigo township and National Park, but otherwise serenely secluded on our 50-acre property. Idyllic farm cabin.

Comfortable cottage close to town in a quiet area. Relax in the private courtyard with a coffee or glass of wine after a day of discovery or driving. Coffee tea and biscuits provided . Rainy days and children are covered with Netflix, Stan, Foxtel and unlimited WiFi . You will also find a variety of activity books , magazines and games . The Coop is a beautiful newly renovated bungalow home situated in a short 5 minute walk to the city centre, cafes, parks, restaurant, bakery, supermarkets & sporting fields. Easy 5 minute drive to UNE. Offering open plan self contained kitchen & laundry, dining, living areas, two bedrooms with queen beds, two stylish modern bathrooms & a deck for outside living. BBQ rear deck & outside open fire place for outside living.

Guesthouse at Stone Water Rill

Custom built one bedroom guesthouse designed to capture gorgeous views across expansive gardens designed by Paul Bangay. We want our guests to feel that they have escaped to a welcoming sort of luxury surrounded by beauty inside and out. We’ve worked with local interior designer, Lisa Post, and have aimed to to showcase this beautiful region with local touches. We hope that you love it as much as we do!

West Ruislip Farm, Armidale

Peaceful granny flat on our 100-acre cattle farm in the New England region. Large bedroom with Queen, Double & Single bed, private lounge, kitchenette, and bathroom. Reverse-cycle air-con for comfort. Enjoy stunning sunsets and amazing stargazing on clear nights. No Wi-Fi, but good phone reception. All pets welcome. A quiet, relaxing stay with friendly cattle and wide open spaces.

Ridgeview cottage

Cottage is on large, leafy 1 acre block in a semi rural environment. Chickens roam the yard and parrots roam the trees! Visiting wildlife include koalas, echidnas and possums. No road noise but still close to town. ( 4 km to CBD) Beautiful walking tracks start near front gate. We also have 2 dogs on the property, an old border collie and a young blue heeler.
