It is just 5 minutes walk to the train station, supermarket and other local amenities. The flat has charming traditional features throughout but is fully modernised, ensuring a comfortable stay. Comfortable, dog-friendly steading conversion

Coshelly Steading is on the edge of Rothienorman, a village with a pub, a Chinese and an excellent Morrisons Daily shop, all about 10 minutes walk from the house. It is a newly converted steading, attached to our house and surrounded by fields. Plenty of parking, WiFi, TV etc. Dogs are welcome. There are mountains, the coast and many castles, all within easy driving distance and plenty of pleasant walks nearby. Free range eggs from our chickens, when they are in the mood.

Your neighbours are the birds chirping and the bees buzzing, sometimes a deer on the decking , siting in a private woodland area surrounded by tree's. This is a unique romantic getaway

The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.
