Welcome to the cutest little house ever! Our goal is to make you as comfortable as we can, yet we promise not to bother you during your stay. Your pups are welcome. There is a small pet fee and we ask, "Please include pets in your reservation." This is a very quiet neighborhood where you may want to go for a walk, visit the park or even better, check out the many exciting happenings going on all around you! Our house is right next door and across the street from our house is Seabreeze Park.

Beachfront: Hot Tub, Home Theater, Firepit

Beachfront with panoramic ocean views, home theater, hot tub & firepit. Both bedrooms overlook the beach with king beds, 65” TVs and private bathrooms. The living room has an 85" TV, surround sound and high-speed internet for movies/games. Designed as a 2-story duplex with separate entrances, decks, A/C and sound proofing, the Airbnb is the 1000 sq ft 1st floor. The 2nd floor is for the owners who travel frequently and is never rented. If present they're usually invisible. EV charging available.

On the Beach & Sunrise

This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. We have another house across the street to accommodate more guests up to 8 more, message me.

Our beautiful home on the edge of one of the largest man-made reservoirs in the US, experience some of the best outdoor activities the area has to offer. Our slice of paradise includes 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 full bathrooms. We have an air mattress or two as well as the couch for those larger groups. Hands down the best part of this house is the large wide open deck on the back porch as well as the party dock! Head up there in the evening with a cool drink to check out gorgeous sunset.
