The location was spectacular and the accommodations were very comfortable, clean, spacious. Off the beaten path. The views were incredible. Great amenities. Washer and dryer were out of service.

The attention to detail made this interior space feel welcoming and inviting from the moment I arrived. I can't think of a thing that could have made it nicer. The views were everchanging with a variety of weather patterns during my stay. The ocean and sky were so interesting, even dramatic at times. From the windows I saw eagles, seals and the herring season that came and went, turning the water a tropical blue. So funny to see, when we know the ocean is freezing this time of year. Fishing boats were there a few days, taking their catch. Then walking in the neighbourhood, even the occasional deer to surprise you. So many paths to the beach to walk along the rocky shore when the tide is out. Daytrips are easy to go to everything, from this location. Just a short drive to the main highway and you can see so many interesting things available on central Vancouver Island. I imagine in the summer it would be even lovelier. The hosts were so friendly and helpful.

Super cozy! Great location and amazing ocean front view. The place was clean and well kept. We would definitely stay again next time we come to Qualicum.

We could not have enjoyed our stay more!!! We didn’t want to leave, in fact my little girl cried when we were packing as she was sad to be leaving. The condo was perfect and we felt instantly comfortable. Everything felt brand new and worked perfectly, there was lots of little touches which made our stay even more enjoyable. A beautifully designed space, with lots of storage, stunning ocean views (we could hear the seals playing from our bedroom)! If six stars was a choice I would have selected six! Thank you Kelly.

We had a wonderful stay at Randy and Barb’s condo. The condo was very clean, tasteful and roomy. It was equipped with everything we needed!! The resort had many desirable amenities including exercise room, pool and a good restaurant and lounge. We communicated with Randy a few times and he was always responsive, prompt and helpful. It was very apparent that the quality of our stay was very important to Randy and Barb. We really appreciated that. We highly recommend this listing!!

Space matched the photos well. Beautiful location, well appointed space with all the basics covered. We didn’t end up doing any cooking but the kitchen looked like it had everything you’d need to eat in. Conveniently located very close to the elevator, so easy to move in and out.

LOVED our stay here...beautiful space, extremely comfortable and clean. Linens, soaps, and kitchen supplies were exceptional. The view and location were beyond our expectations. So very peaceful and serene. Regan and her husband were so helpful....lots of local recommendations and information. Just a treat to stay here.

The place and location was amazing. Everything was perfect. The outside eating area with BBQ was better than expected/realized. The entire place looked newly renovated. The bay was great - just plan your water activities there according to the tide, because at low tide there is no water. Great location travelling to Madeira Park and Sechelt or beyond. We are looking forward to returning in the future.

Pleasant place with stunning view. Well equipped kitchen, family friendly house, with big garden. The hot tub and firepit made our stay absolutely awesome. Lots of hike around, we highly recommend the place. Hung is very friendly too.

Susanne has thought of everything. This cute cottage was spacious, well-stocked, and had wonderful thoughtful amenities to help make a trip flow smoothly (phone chargers, room divider for the pullout couch, shampoo - the list goes on!). We stayed at Lina’s for three nights. The beautiful sunrise from the living room was quite special. Lina was easy to communicate with, making the resolution to a little hiccup when we checked in. We love to return to Campbell River in the near future!

Wonderful accommodation. The view, the deck, comfortable beds, nicely renovation yet still had the charm of a 1950s house and well equipped.

Amazing spot to relax. Clean and quiet. There is construction in neighboring properties but we didn't notice any noise. Definitely a spot we would come back to.

We had a great time at Mischa's place. We loved watching the seals from the windows and the back porch. There were lovely beach views as outlined in the listing. The binoculars in the unit definitely come in handy watching sea life. The condo was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Mischa and Svein were easy to connect with and were kind enough to be flexible with our check-out time. We had a lovely stay.

Our stay at the Strand was simply magical and will hold a very special place in our memories for many years to come. Every attention to detail in all the furnishings, kitchen/bathroom amenities and local recommendations were so thoughtful and made this magical place feel like home, a very warm, peaceful and relaxing home! The beautiful photos from this listing were what attracted us to this booking but the reality was even far more breathtaking, stunning and exceeded all our expectations. We’ve stayed at many Airbnbs around the world and the Strand has to be one of, if not the, BEST one we’ve ever stayed at. Thank you Nikki for a magnificent stay - we loved every moment of our 5-nights holiday from Australia! 😊

The apartment had everything we needed and we felt right at home. The kitchen was well equipped, everything was well labelled and Andrea even had “kid” dishes so it suited us perfectly. There is a dishwasher which was great:. The place was tidy and clean. We had meals outside and enjoyed the view from the patio. The kids enjoyed the small outdoor pool which was heated. There is access to a marina from the property but no beach. Andrea was very communicative and responsive. She answered questions about the unit when needed and was helpful to provide local recommendations for beaches and things to do. We arrived late at night in the pitch dark but Andrea’s instructions to find the unit were helpful and much needed as there were no signs indicating any unit numbers that we could see. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend Andrea’s apartment to anyone exploring Halfmoon Bay!

Enjoyed the privacy of the unit and the beauty of Pacific Shores Resort. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of dishes and pots and pans. Heidi communicated well with good information.

This was our second stay at an Airbnb in Nanoose Bay at the Pacific Shores resorts. Chelsea's place was top of the line. As described, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed and more. Comfortable for the 6 of us who stayed. We loved the location and lay out of the condo, and loved being able to utilize the resort amenities as well. We hope and plan to stay here again next year and for many more to come!

Isaac was so thoughtful, when I inquired about a pack n play he said he’d buy one for us! He’s invested in making this place great for families and it shows! The setting is wonderful, so close to the amazing beach and nestled in a beautiful woodsy spot. The place was great - very clean and had everything we could need. The beach toys and gear was the cherry on top!
