The Orchard studio apartment offers spacious accommodation; own entrance hall, shower/bathroom, kitchenette including, air fryer, hot plate, microwave, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, sink. Also large living/sleeping room, Juliette balcony with open views over stunning countryside. We are located in the quiet historic village of Landbeach, situated about 4 miles north of Cambridge Center and 2 miles from the Cambridge Science Park. Landbeach offers excellent links to the M11, A14 (A1) and the A10.

Self-contained studio flat. 10 min bus-ride to Addenbrookes hospital 15 min to centre of Cambridge 2 min walk to Tesco, good choice of restaurants, bakery, pharmacy This flat is attached to a bungalow but with a separate entrance. Quiet location with free off street parking included. The studio flat has a well-lit office area, a laundry machine and a food preparation area (microwave, sink and refrigerator). There is an extensive wardrobe area with pullout sections for convenient storage.

A delightful & characterful detached self catering cottage in a country setting, on the edge of Milton Country Park with a king sized bed. Placed on a no through road directly leading to the river tow path into the city making it perfect for cyclists. We are on the door step for Cambridge city, Science & Business Parks, Cambridge North Railway Station, Milton Country Park & walks along the River Cam. Free parking. Tea, coffee and sugar is provided. We are unable to accept children or animals.

Snug, welcoming Guest House in Comberton

Hazelnut Studio is a pretty, one bed guest house located in the garden of a Grade II listed cottage. It is situated 5 miles away from the historic university city of Cambridge, which is easy to reach by car, bus or bike via a good cycle route. There is free on-street parking next to the studio. The guest house itself has a modern feel with a new bathroom, a table and chairs and a new, comfy queen-sized bed. You will also have access to a patio with an outdoor dining area and a pretty garden.

The Shieling, Fulbourn

This new luxury self-catering, one bedroom apartment provides a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. It is finished to a very high standard with its own private access, private patio area and views of our large garden. It adjoins our family home in the quiet village of Fulbourn, outside Cambridge. It is ideally located for visits to Cambridge, Addenbrooke's, Newmarket etc. Please note we are not within walking distance of Cambridge but it is easily accessible by car, taxi, Uber or bike!

Warm, light and airy study bedroom with en suite shower and toilet and it's own small kitchen area. The studio has a separate entrance, bike parking and lovely garden view. The huge desk becomes a bed without having to put away your work! Kitchen has a single induction hob, air fryer, sink and fridge. Studio is fully equipped including all linen & towels supplied so suits overseas visitors. Change of linen and towels will be done weekly and a light clean.

Stay in our beautiful converted 1920s workshop–a cosy, self-contained space. Tucked away in a quiet spot on Coleridge Road, the property is just a 10-min walk to Mill Road, one of the city’s most vibrant multicultural areas. Small local shops, cafés, and takeaways are only a 3-min walk away. Our Modern, Bright, Spacious Self Contained Studio Apartment in Milton is ideally situated in a quiet village location. Close to the Science and Business Parks, Cambridge North Railway Station, A14 and A10. Cambridge City Centre is approx 2.5 miles away. We are situated on a no through road. Fully fitted modern kitchen including oven, induction hob, fridge, microwave. Kingsize bed, sofa and dining table/desk, tv with freeview. Shower room.

Cosy self contained annex

A newly built, small but practical, self contained annex adjoined to the side of the main house by the side and from the ceiling. It has it's own entrance for privacy and a key safe that allows guests to let themselves in. It's an ideal place for a short term stay and offers good value in a very expensive city. It has a small kitchen area with microwave, toaster, mini fridge and kettle. The annex also has a desk work space and a shower.
