The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

The Stableyard

Nestling within the beautiful golden valley in the heart of the Cotswolds is The Stableyard, a recently converted stable building positioned next to a 16th century mill owner's house, The Old Valley Inn. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.
