This luxury home features a pellet stove, 3 bathrooms and 2 private bedrooms as well as a loft area with a TV, mini fridge and double bed. The kitchen is fully loaded for a family including a dishwasher. Sip your coffee in the morning sun on the deck overlooking the lake and mountains. Unwind in the gazebo or take the kayaks for a paddle. Access Shames ski hill in the winter or stay close and go snowshoeing or hiking.

The house, which you have all to yourself, has a fully equipped kitchen and is set up for 6 people maximum. The 2 larger bedrooms each have 2 double beds, the smaller bedroom has 1 double bed, but we can add a second double bed for a small fee upon request Up to a 40% discount for longer term stays.

You'll be walking-distance to downtown Terrace for all of your shopping and restaurant needs. Friendly family lives upstairs and noise sometimes transfers from upstairs to downstairs.

Kids and pets are welcome if suitable. 10 minutes to Downtown Terrace, 20 minutes to the airport, 45 minutes to the ski hill. Strict no smoking on property. Not suitable for parties or loud music. Need to be comfortable using a wood stove in the winter months.
