A pochi metri dal viale e dalla zona di svago. çL'appartamento ha due camere da letto e può ospitare quattro persone. Ampio soggiorno con Smart TV 55 pollici e cucina completamente attrezzata con forno e lavasciuga. Godetevi la vista spettacolare dalle finestre principali della casa e ammirate l'alba senza dovervi alzare dal letto. Arredamento moderno e ben curato per rendere il vostro soggiorno a Casa Playa Chica un'ottima esperienza. * Nei fine settimana (venerdì e sabato) e fino a ottobre 2026, potrebbe esserci una maggiore attività notturna nei dintorni a causa della presenza di un locale di intrattenimento nelle vicinanze, indipendente dall’alloggio. Da domenica a giovedì, la zona è generalmente tranquilla. L’alloggio non ha alcun collegamento né controllo su tale attività; questa informazione viene fornita in anticipo per consentire agli ospiti di organizzare il soggiorno in modo consapevole.

Spacious rooms, fabulous views of the mountains and the sea (reachable by foot in a few minutes). Enjoy the sun of Fuerteventura on two large terraces. Las Playitas is the ideal starting point for many activities: swimming, surfing, hiking, cycling, golf,... everything right outside the front door within walking distance.

Aparcas sin dar mucha vuelta, sin estrés. Gratis, además. Te bajas del coche, te diriges al alojamiento, abres la puerta y ahí están: las escaleras. Uf… un segundo piso y con maleta. No pasa nada. Subes. Esperas que valga la pena. Llegas arriba, abres la puerta. A la derecha, dormitorios y baño. A la izquierda, salón con cocina abierta. Sigues avanzando. Dos ventanales. Te acercas. Miras. ¡Guau! Ha valido cada escalón. Sales al balcón, miras el mar, respiras hondo. Empiezan tus vacaciones.

Casa Atlántica*

Ozone machine used to disinfect against COVID-19. This apartment is located in the little fishing village Las Playitas, only 400 m away from the sports complex Playitas Resort. It is 36 sqm2 and has a nice terrace featuring direct and beautiful sea views. The apartment was entirely refurbished in 2017. The very bright apartment is situated one minute away from the beach and offers stunning views of the bay and village. There are several supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.
