The Vaughan Farmhouse is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with the most stunning mountain views in the entire area. Situated in the heart of Wears Valley, it feels very secluded yet it is conveniently located minutes from the Smoky Mountains, Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and much, much more. This farmhouse is great for relaxing, but has all of the amenities to make your vacation great: hot tub, gas fire pit, air hockey, arcade, full kitchen, grill, private parking, HD TVs, Wi-Fi & much more.

Cozy Pine Log Home

We hand built this 2400 sq.ft home/cabin with local pine logs, these timbers that form the main structure of this cabin are hand notched and stacked local pine. We did most of the work and designing on this and were able to put a personal touch to the work inside and out. NOTE!!!This is a rustic place with modern convenience, (Knotty hickory cabinets, Pebble and tile showers, Bamboo floors, Local, pine, log exterior walls, Tulip popular interior, Log and barn wood furniture. This quiet retreat perched on the Cumberland Plateau gives you access to the hikes and waterfalls the area is known for, while offering an elevated guest experience. Cookeville is centrally located between Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga.
