A bright, spacious, sunny, one-bedroomed flat with exceptional views of St Jean Cap Ferrat and the Cap Estel with all the modern amenities. Ideally situated between Monaco and Nice, not far from Italy and a 5 minute walk from the beach, bus routes & train station. Beaulieu is about 2km away and is our nearest town for supermarket, shopping, restaurants, local markets Eze sur Mer is a tiny paradise on the Riviera which remains unspoilt and which we would love to share with you on your travels

Uno spazio semplice e romantico, una stanza vera senza fronzoli con angolo cottura e un terrazzino che si affaccia sul fiume: da qui si intravede un piccolo ponticello in pietra... e il rumore dell'acqua che scorre. L’alloggio è un’unica grande volta: tutta la casa è stata restaurata utilizzando materiali naturali, calce e vernici fatte con farina e olio di lino. Per i mesi invernali c’è una stufa a legna che gli ospiti potranno gestire in autonomia. Viene fornita la legna per il soggiorno.
