A double futon is in the open concept kitchen that overlooks the indoor PRIVATE pool and hot tub. The pool is exclusive to guests using the suite. Tenants who live above do not have access to the suite, yard or pool. Enjoy the large yard with a deck, patio furniture and a BBQ.

You can access trails to the waterfront and downtown from our street. Head down to the basement for a game of ping pong or hang out and watch tv. There is a new multi purpose dining table in the cottage that is also a pool table and has table tennis available for our guests. The hot tub and brand new wood burning sauna are nice and warm for the colder weather here. This building is wheelchair accessible. We are just 10 min off Hwy 11 and 10 Min to the town of Powassan. Enjoy over 70 acres in nature all to yourself. A wonderful peaceful escape for anyone. Located right on the South River.
