We are walking distance to Endiku Winery, Ceja Winery, Homewood Winery, Lou's Lunchette, and Hanson's Vodka. We have a small organic farm off the beaten path. The unit is upstairs above the garage, and it is very private. We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. On our farm we see herons, egrets, quail, redtail hawks, owls, quail, and many small birds.

This cute little 350SFT unit sits in back of my other listing, The Sonoma Shangri-La, and is the perfect setting for a 2 persons. Whomever your travel partner(s), you must be very comfortable with each other as there is only a curtain that serves as the bathroom wall. It has a refrigerator, coffee pot, teas, coffee, a sound bar for music and an upstairs loft with a futon on the floor. There is a large Flat Screen TV. Built in 1870, our Fair Street Retreat is located in one of the oldest houses in Petaluma. The en suite studio is connected to the main house but has it own private bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, separate entry and outside deck. We are 3 blocks from historic Downtown district, an easy walk to the riverfront restaurants and shops. If you prefer to stay in, brew some coffee in the kitchenette and sit on the deck under willow trees. #PLVR-19-0017

Sonoma Berry Blossom Farm

Modern and spacious with glass enclosed porch, high ceilings and lots of French doors, skylights and windows. Close to town in the very nicest area within a mile of downtown, walkable, or bikeable with my cruiser bikes. You’ll love the views, the location, the goats, quail running around and delicious cafe next door. We just lost our mini horse 7/27 :( we had 16 years, sorry if you had planned on meeting him, it was a sad loss for us.
