Located on a 17 acre horse ranch with endless views of live oak trees and granite boulders. The Spanish style cottage has 3 light and bright bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and includes a spacious kitchen, dining room, family room and covered patio. Newly renovated casita w/full kitchen, laundry room, private bedroom, sleeper sofa in living room. Large private fenced yard. We are dog friendly. No cats due to allergies. Near wineries, wedding venues, restaurants, golf, casinos, 20 minutes to Old Town Temecula. 30 min. to Oceanside. 45 min. to SD zoos. The casita is connected to the main house by the garage, there are no adjoining walls to the main house. It is a separate residence & has its own gated parking area.
